Niesamowite jest mieszkanie w tak ścisłym centrum przy głównym placu, fantastyczne. Pomimo gwaru po zamknięciu okna było cicho. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Miła obsługa.
To bardziej kwestia gustu niż problem ale zrezygnowałbym z ciężkich zasłon i dywaników z grubym włosiem. Nie dają one poczucia czystości. Generalnie nie było to dla mnie problemem ale dla innych może być.

Tolle Lage, der allerfeinste Begrüssungscafé - einige ItalienerInnen da,die wohl auch dafür kamen. Espresso und Cappucino vom Feinsten.
Die laute Musik nachts am zentralen Platz. Aber man sollte auch nicht Zuviel verlangen, wenn man eben so zentral bucht. Ohrstopfen können helfen. Oder man/frau ist eben nicht empfindlich, dann gehts. 😉

In an excellent position free of traffic and 1minute away from the sea to enjoy a swim. The apartment is very clean and tastefully and elegantly decorated throughout. The bed is very comfortable. Alena the propriortess was extremely courteous and helpful in every way. We would gladly come back again.

We had an excellent italian brekfast, soft croissants, excellent cappuccino and beautiful, reaxing atmosphere..the tiny bar on the groundflor is a tiny jewel...the aparments excellent as always..it feels so good any time we return...HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

Location was great. Also parking possibilities eventhough it's located in the heart of Umag. The place is very clean, well-equipped kitchen.
The ringing of the bell also during a night is very disruptive. It is the place where I would not spend more than 1-2 nights. Apartment is quite small. Eventhough the bar is under the apartment,I'd assume to have a small morning snack options included (the owners are the same).
Card payment is not possible.

The location is in dead center, everything was close. The apartment is clean, spacious, it has a nice bathroom and two bedrooms.. More than we actually needed.
I liked everything but they could potentially implement card payments because it's easier.

Very nice personal, two sisters run the place, - they always smile, very good service and hospitalty, and give a lot of themselfes to make us comfortable. The place is in a nice spot on the big square near the harbour.

Everything was perfect!
The beautiful small apartment is situated in the really center of Umag, facing the church and the tower.
Despite the sound of the church bells,their sound was almost impercepteble cause the windows are good and new, as all the futniture and super comfortable matrasses!
I had small italian breakfast at the cafe on the ground floor of the building, cappuccino and croissant, simply perfect!
The staff nice and welcoming!

Location was perfect, owners were perfect, apartment was amazing. Beautiful decorations, spotless, very well equipped, spacious, with a great energy. Also smelled great :) We had chance to watch concert from window. In the morning sunrays will wake you up if you wouldnt close sunshades totally :) Yes, you can hear bell every 30 minutes, but we loved it. Would stay again, highly recommended.
Parking offered for better price by owners was public (Umag parkla ONLY) and cca 8 minutes of walk (google maps data) But this is problem in all city centres :) If you reserved parking, its better to go right there, near marina is high traffic, hardly ever free parking spot and zone 1 price (if you decide to park somewhere else, download app for payments, a lot of parking machines arent working, and thats not apology for police :) Good thing is that once paid, its valid all around the city (within same zone)

Everything was perfect. Clean and spacious. We stayed in two floor apartment- more space than we actually needed. Close to restaurants, beach and ice cream. Clean and the stuff very helpful and nice. Highly recommended.
