Beds were comfortable. Lift was useful.

Feels like someone tried to update the hotel, but hasn't quite managed it. Those smelly drains in the bathroom are so old.

Very handy to restaurants and Town

Booked in Friday No coffee replenished Stayed till Monday morning No room service. Had to ask for towels No where was it mentioned rooms would not be serviced or bed made.

Location is excellent

The air conditioning did not work because the remote batteries were flat and I was forced to purchase new batteries to get the a/c working. It was very cold when we arrived and there was only a thin doona on the bed with no spare blanket so I had to purchase a blanket after suffering a very cold first night (particularly as the a/c was not working)

Unit was spacious and pleasant and had reasonably good facilities.

There was a smell of sewage in the kitchen and bathroom. Eventually it made me feel a bit sick. I reported it and the staff got someone to check the drains, but the problem had not been solved by the time I left. They were helpful but they couldn’t do anything about it while I was there.

I thought I paid for a lake view and I had to stand up and lean over the balcony to see any view. all we saw was the side of the park across the road

We loved the apartment. So comfortable and the location is beautiful. Right opposite the lake. You can walk around the lake front and the main street shopping restaurants and cafes. Perfect 🥰

The location was fabulous, walking distance to everything and beautiful water views.

The room was lovely, clean and spacious. It was close to amenities and cafes. We found it was quiet at night. Helpful staff. Secure parking.

Mattress on pull out couch was very thin and not comfortable. It was very hot and A/C was in lounge room only - bedroom was very hot through the night.

The apartment was well presented and the position was within walking distance to the appointment site. The apartment had a lovely view of the lake and close to all facilities.

The location is very convenient, close to shops and cafes and near the water. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We have stayed at this facility three times now and the last two times have not had hot water for a shower. We won't be staying there again because it is not good to have to boil a kettle and wash in the hand basin.
