Property was fully equipped, with every cleaning product, utensil, and everything you needed which is sometimes rare with private bookings, the apartment is very modern, not far to walk from las ramblas, property host was lovely and helped us whenever needed. Definitely recommended

Tout était parfait, l’accueil a été irréprochable, notre appartement nous convenait parfaitement. La Proprietaire a été adorable avec nous et aux petits soins, elle nous a donné des conseils de visites et à été disponible à la moindre demande. Encore un grand merci ! Adresse à retenir et privilégiée.

Excellent location, welcoming hostess, close to metro, well equipped kitchen with large table. beds were comfortable.
NOISE!!! In the early evening it was from the gym. Later in the evening and during the night it was from the bar across the street, the cars and motorcycles and the street cleaner. Four days with little sleep!!!! During the night I tried to read at the kitchen table using my flashlight because if I turned on the kitchen light it would shine through the tiny window near the ceiling into the smallest bedroom. We were also very apprehensive when we first climbed the stairs to the apartment. The walls looked quite shabby and needed to be repaired and painted. I would NOT stay here again.

Limited air conditioning. Locks on bedroom French windows were not working.

HI, the host is amazing and the location is very good,close to the underground and 20 min. woking to La Rabmla
Unfortunately, it was no Wifi during our stay.
The lockers on the window at the bedroom and one next to the toilet were broken and couldn't lock.
This compromise the security because everyone can break in.

Central to the city and amenities, lovely and clean and well equipped kitchen
A little too central maybe as noisy at night - but that’s the trade off for being so close to the centre

Some bits in the flat needs fixing up, nothing major.

Thae hostess was absolutely helpful. Check in at 1pm. Quick response. She even showed us good restaurants and how to enjoy our stay in Barcelona. The property has prime location. Very gew minutes walk to everything; Tube, bus stop, Rambla, Catalonia Square, circus and fine restaurants and coffee shops.

Location, Comfortable Beds
Hot hot hot no A/c ,the small unit was poor working. And the worst was the noise from the people in the streets banging, screaming.
I strongly recommend box fans.

We liked it a lot. Location was amazing (3 minutes to the subway, really close to a little street filled with tapas and pinchos places, short walk to the La Rambla and Plaza Espanya). It's awesome that it's located on the first floor and you have some shops really close. We liked the rooms (the 3rd one was a bit small and claustrophobic. Just beware) and the facilities, the attention to detail and the super clear and straight forward communication. Jadisa was great and she even checked us early. We were very pleased with the place and it was a stress-free aspect for our holiday.
This isn't really a fault of the host or the place, but rather ours. We found that 1 bathroom for four people was a bit scarce. However it wouldn't be an issue for a family, I think.

There was noise from the street in the late evening friday and saturday.

Nice location. Less 5mins to subway station. 5mins to awesome tapas restaurants. 2mins to supermarkets.
Clean kitchen, lovely toilet.
Quite noisy at night time. Not too much.
