the staff were amazing and friendly, the weather wasn’t the best but the facilities were left open and the hot pools were absolutely amazing my wife and I definitely needed it! will be back!

said that it has an access to the beach - hard to walk to it as path was made by some random planks , not sure where to step, not very safe . Also room was minimal , smelled funny.

7 beds for 7 people. Everyone had a good sleep. Thermal bathes were awesome. We cooked on thermal kitchen during ours trip to the lake, to the swimming pools. The food was delicious!

Thermal pools were closed from 9am till 3.20pm. Office wasn't work before 2pm. Just couldn't dig on the lake beach before 2pm. And have a bath when there was the rain.

The onsite thermal pools and lake access were all that saved this property from a rating of "1".

The room felt dirty. The chairs were stained. The blinds didn't work. The bed was hard. The TV remote didn't work. The "300 mb" of "complimentary wifi" data was used up in 10 minutes ... simply by checking email. The property is old and tired.

rooms were good

there was only one opening window in the whole apartment for two bedrooms. When i asked the manager at the time he told me he was relieving and the manager would be in next week. I asked for a fan, he didn't get me one. When i complained it was too hot in their and you need to have working windows he just said oh. hmm. I am still waiting for the manager to call me about this as the room had no air con so i wouldn't recommend staying unless you have asked they have fixed the windows. No one wants to be out all day with windows people can potentially climb into to steal gear. Other than that it was a good place but not value for money!!!! very disapointed in how the team didn't even try to fix it or get the manager to even call me.

We had a great stay here. Our cabin was modern, clean and comfortable. The campsite surroundings were lovely, well maintained and with additional features like hot pools, short walk to hot beach and a thermal steam oven. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower facilities were a bit dated

The extra geothermal facilities- especially the steam cooking.

The hot tubs were great. Room was clean and tidy.

The noise travelled quite a bit from the neighbours room in the evening. The upper bunk bed didn't have a high edge/rail, so felt bit too risky with smaller kid at the top. Our room looked out on the communal BBQ area, can be bit noisy.

Great friendly camp in awesome location on Lake Edge Close to town but away from noise and hustle. And it has a geothermal steam oven and hot pools!

The lights in our cabin were interesting as some of the main ones didn't work so they were replaced by plug in wall lights. Not a major though
