Otelin konumu muhteşem, tam eski şehirin ortasında yer alıyor. Sahibi Rara bey inanılmaz ilgili ve sıcakkanlı bir insan, sizi yolda karşılıyor otelin ve şehrin tanıtımını yapıyor ve her an yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Giriş ve Orta seviye bir İngilizceyle çok rahat anlaşabiliyorsunuz. Çok fazla Türk turist geldiği için Karadağ da herkes türklere alışkın. Otelin odaları oldukça büyük ve ferah. Bizim odamızda küçük mutfak vardı ve bize yetti bazı odalarda daha büyük mutfaklarda var kendiniz yemek pişirebilirsiniz. Açıkçası fiyat performans dengesi olağanüstü derecede iyiydi.

Odamız arada kaldığı için manzarası karşı evin duvarıydı ancak bu eski şehrin dar sokaklarında gayet normal ve bizi etkileyen bir durum değildi. Odanın ısıtması yalnızca klima yoluyla olduğu için soğuk kış günlerinde yetersiz kalabilir.

Dairenin konumu, konforu ve temizliği mükemmeldi. Ev sahibimiz Rara her konuda yardımcı oldu. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

A fabulous apartment well situated within Kotor old town. The apartment was very clean, easy to access and the free parking provided was a great help! Our host was incredibly helpful, advising on places to eat and drink, where to see the best views of the city and things to do whilst in town. Absolutely faultless stay!

Couldn’t think of any improvements, apartment was exactly what we needed

The room was much larger than I anticipated. It felt like living in the city, equipped with a kitchen and a huge room with a sitting area. RARA, the host/owner is amazing. He took great care of everything and was a pleasure to deal with. He did a great job accommodating me with the city and tours.

My husband and I loved staying at the apartment during our time in Kotor. The apartment was large, clean, and had all the amenities we needed during our trip. We loved the styling and comfort of the room. Plus, the location of this place is fantastic. You can walk right out into the main streets of the city. The host, Rara, is the best. He took care of us incredibly well by explaining the layout of the city, the best times for our activities and helping us book our excursions.

The bathroom was a little small.

Rara is an excellent host and went out of his way to let us check in earlier and check out later. As a real Kotor local, he also recommended restaurants and arranged a boat trip for us. The apartment is located right in the centre of the Old Town and very clean and convenient. It has a living room with two beds, and separate kitchen and bathroom. We stayed there with our 7-year old daughter and fully enjoyed it.

Nothing, really. Because it is located in the centre, you will of course pick up some noise from outside, but the windows are excellently isolated and everything is quiet at night. We had a great night's sleep.

Rara is really a nice and caring host: he helped us carring baggages, always with a smile, and gave us some really good advices on how to continue with our trip in Montenegro.

Nothing but good things to say about Royal House! Firstly, the room we stayed in was very comfy, clean and fresh. Even though it was at the center of Old town, the noises from the street were pretty well blocked and we slept great. The location was perfect for us, everything you might need is by walking distance and the views are one of the best Montenegro can offer. The best thing about our stay in Royal House was the host, Rara. He helped us with everything; renting a car, giving tips about places to see and where to eat, took care of our city registration etc. He really did more than we could ever wish for and made sure our stay was going as smoothly as possible.
