the cabin was comfortable and the facilities were great. we stayed here for a week while our house was completed and it was perfect for what we needed. play ground was nice and the kids enjoyed the pump track and the pool. we won’t need to come back because we live in the area now but will definitely recommend to others!

Friendly staff. Very clean facilities. Room for boats and jetski's to park. Pump track was a hit with the kids. Loved the outdoor kitchen area.

The mattress were terrible, could feel every spring. The jumping pillow didn't have enough air so was pointless. The basketball ring had a broken backboard so it kept going through it. Games room pretty much only had games you had to pay for. The kids carts that are usually free at most places, cost $15 an hour which is expensive when you have 4 children.

Parking. We were in a three bedroom cabin. Of course we have two cars. There was room for us to park two cars just outside of our cabin. But the staff won't let us to bring two cars in and one of our cars has two park outside. One day the car which was parked outside was blocked by another car due to it was double parked. It was not realistic and not very organized. Staff couldn't find the car owner who double parked behind my car. It has really ruined our Christmas holiday. The double bunk bed in 3rd bedroom was making a lot of noise when we were in bed and just turned to the side. This was quite annoying.

Location, staff were friendly, proximity to the river

Quality of utensils supplied - All non stick utensils supplied in kitchen had their non stick washed away and were rusted. Staff did change them on request but could have avoided this situation by proactively keeping better utensils. Also the quantity of plates, cups etc was very less - you would need to wash after every meal to use them for next meal and there were no diswashers.

The cabin was roomy and beds were comfy, the wildlife...The staff at reception were superb!

Jumping pillow flat and the rooms had old sox in the corner that were hard to find for the cleaners...
