It was close to most stuff, area was nice and quite. the room was nice and cosy.
Not much options to do on a rainy day. Tv does not support netflix or any apps (that i know of) but its not a big deal unless you plan on staying inside the house.

It's fully furnished for all occasions; for that a good price it's impossible to find a high quality studio in Tallinn, like this one.
The fire place it's charming and gives such a good and romantic vibe to the place.
The owner it's easily reachable, helping with any questions that I ask.
