Alles war gut. Appartement befindet sich in engerem Ortszentrum, auf Fußgängerzone (was die Aus- und Aufladen des Auto bisschen komplizieren kann) Privatparking ist zirka 300 m entfernt, in geschlossenen Garten. Appartement hat insgesamt 3 Teile, davon 2 sind immer für 2 Gäste geeignet, alle beide haben direkten Zugang zu grosse Veranda, wo von Besitzer leckeres Frühstück serviert ist und wo Blick entweder auf See oder auf Fußgängerzone ist . In Rest der Wohnung befindet sich gemeinsames Esszimmer in Falle von schlechtes Wetter und weiter wohnt hier Besitzer selber.

The host made me lunch on arrival, complete with beer and wine!
Old style room but very comfortable bed and pillows, warm, great shower, tea and coffee facilities.
Breakfast a mix of Italian sweets plus eggs, cheese,
ham.
Plus Flaminio gave us a walking tour of the village.
Location good but several markets in the piazza so ear plugs necessary.
Lift broken but only 2 flights of stairs plus it’s cash only.
I really enjoyed my stay in Iseo.

Great location, just at the lake side and in the strict town centre. The owner, Flaminio is a heart of the place- very warm, welcoming and helpful. This has been the hospitality that is very rear and unique these days. Thank you for all your help and hospitality!

Super beliggenhed med privat veranda fælles for stedets 2 enheder - med udsigt over byens gågade og kig til floden.
God, personlig betjening af ejeren med morgenmad og anden servering samt fremvisning af lokale seværdigheder bl.a. en vingård.
Man må ikke køre helt hen til stedet, men vi fik også god hjælp med sikker parkering og transport af bagage.

Excellent location next to the lake and about a 5 minute walk to the train station.
The entrance was dark and the automatic light didn’t always turn on.

Flaminio is a wonderful man and could not have been more friendly, helpful and generous - this is truly is a little treasure in a wonderful town. We wished we could have stayed longer. The private reserved parking, not far away, is really useful if you're traveling by car but want to leave it for the day to enjoy Iseo on foot. The location is absolutely right in the centre of things, in the traffic-free zone (hence the parking a short walk away). Great verandah too!

The Veranda is an older property, but extremely clean. Market day set up is outside and noisy from early hours (Tuesday)

location right in the heart of Iseo. easy walking distance to beaches by the lake. also 2 minute walk for ferry trip to Mont in middle of the lake. Great cafes & plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The host of this B&B is so helpful and assists you in every way he can. he is an asset to Iseo. a great little gem of a hotel in the town centre cannot be beaten.

it’s typically Italian - nothing matches, but in the most stylish way!! The owner (Fleminio) makes the stay - offering warm, care and a real interest in ensuring your stay is one that’s memorable. can’t rate this place and its owner high enough!!

The owner welcomed us with food and wine and told us about the local area. He also made us breakfast in the morning and left it covered even when we were asleep so we could have it later. He was an absolute gentleman. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

A perfect host solving all possible issues (like parking) in a blink.
In the center of town you can expect some noise late and early. However all possible concerns disapear when sitting on the terrace enjoying the breakfast that comes out of a good heart.

I loved everything, the host Flaminio and his wife were really nice and helped us in everything. We came earlier than expected and he let us park the car way before the check-in.
The location is breathtaking as it's the typical italian house and a great terrace, the only one in the building! Plus, the view, we had Lake Iseo in front of us and we were in the center!
Best choice if you are a family or a solo traveler, as well!

Excellent price quality ration. Close to the public transport (ferry, train, bus). Few meters from lake. The huge terrace could be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Many restaurants around.

Great location right in the centre of Iseo and 5 minutes walk from the station. Our room had a terrace looking out which was perfect for people watching. Such an accommodating and kind host who offered us the free breakfast :)
