The room was clean, and the sheets and towels were neat and tidy.

We had to wait in rain with a 6-month-old child even if we confirmed and called several times without any answer. The heat was off, so we had to wait for at least 3 hours for the room to be at an acceptable temperature. The people that stayed there were outrageously loud, and we couldn't fall asleep until late, just so we could wake up on the sounds that a woman was doing while having sex... Travelling with a small baby is slightly different, so we would have appreciated a double size bed at least, but we got two singles. The lack of heat and the noise made us leave this bad review. I would have expected that once I've confirmed the arrival time to have the heat on and someone at the reception desk.

room and cleanliness was ok

The reception was unmanned despite our clear, previous statement of our arrival time. It took 15 minutes for someone to come and let us in. The room was stone cold (14 C) and it took more than 3 hourse before the heating came on (despite our complaint), whihc we regard as unacceptable.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean, very basic hotel but not more. We didn’t need more comfort for 2 nights, and especially because we didn’t stay there during the day. Room was big, comfortable bed, and room enough to store the clothes. The kitchen is useful (old, little but useful)

The pillow was very bad, and the tab in the room was leaking if we used water. We could cancel a room without charge.
