The apartment was lovely and clean. The location perfect and central for visiting the local sights. Istvan was always available if I had any queries and kept in contact with me at all times . It was so quiet and peaceful in the apartment even though you are very close to the main train station ect. I will definitely return here again in the near future

The location was great, very close to the tram/metro station and within walking distance to the main sites. The host, Istvan, was very hospitable and helpful, helped us with the parking and it was very easy to communicate and get in touch for check-in and out. The apartment was spacy, perfect for a family of 4. We would definitely get back when going to Budapest again!

I liked only the location since it was close to what I needed the next day.

Basically everything. From the host not meeting us as agreed, to the host being rude. The place had a smell of being old and as if someone had been smoking in it.

The apartment was very spacious and in a good location. It was well-equiped and the beds were very comfy.

The apartment's location is great! You can walk around 15-20 minutes to get nearly everywhere. Also the neighborhood was very safe. The apartment fits perfectly a group of people (can fit easily 6). Istvan was a great host, very welcoming and helpful! I definitely recommend it, and would love to go back whenever i am in Budapest.

Me and my family stayed in the apartment for 5 days at the first decameron of October. The owners were very friendly and respectful to us not only as their customers but also as human beings. The apartment lies in an old and beautiful Hungarian building. It is an old apartment with some old style characteristics (for example high ceilings, wooden old style doors and wooden floor) BUT it is modernized. It's a big apartment with a lot of space. Kitchen is well equipped (in kitchen appliances) with anything you need for cooking and eating. There is a water boiler, espresso machine, toaster, refrigerator, cuisine with cooking top and oven and a washing machine. We didn't bump into any problem preparing our breakfast, nooning or dinner. The dining room was spacious with a big dining table and 4 well-knit chairs. The living room had a couch converted to a "bed-like area" where we could easily sit there, lay down and relax watching TV. The bathroom was just fine and it had a shower cabin big enough for my size... and i am a "big enough" human being :) The master bedroom had a large bed, two relaxation chairs and plenty of room to feel very very comfortable. There is also a smaller (but not small) second bedroom area above the living room where kids or adults can sleep there without any issues. Lots of jacks in all rooms, wifi was solid (without any disconnections) and fast. We didn't experience any noise from the other apartments of the building. It was actually a very quiet stay. The building residents were always friendly and greeted us with a smile and a nice "Jó napot" which means good day. The apartment is in a good location. Very very close to: tram stop for tram lines 4 and 6, bus stop for 8 different bus lines, Nyugati pályaudvar (subway stop) and finally very close to Budapest-Nyugati train station (one of the three terminal train stations of Budapest).

Definitely distance from stations. The room was technically next to nyugati stations (metro and train). Other great thing was the size of room. It was huge enough to stay alone. Everything was also good, e.g. Air conditioner, shower, lavatory, kitchen.

The room had an oven, but it did not have kitchen gloves. And it also did not have a sponge for washing dishes. If someone wants to use laundry machine, the person has to buy own cleaner.

The location is great. The flat is spacious and very clean. Beds are comfortable, there are many pillows and blankets available. Heating is working very well. The kitchen is well equipped. The sofa in the common space is very comfy.

It would be nice to have paper towels available in the kitchen and more toilet paper provided.
