Die Lage ist super (5 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum). Superschnelle Antworten auf Fragen (per Whatsapp).
Bei dem Preis gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Posizione molto comoda da chi proviene in treno: bastano 10 minuti a piedi. L'alloggio è ristrutturato, spazioso, confortevole e silenzioso. Il letto è comodissimo. Il bagno è funzionale. Mirko è stato gentile e disponibile anche se il checkin è stato roccambolesco. La erre moscia di Mirko, tipica dei sondriesi, è molto simpatica.
Mancava qualche dettaglio estetico e funzionale per rendere il posto più accogliente.

The bedroom was large and comfortable with provided towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well equipped and a good size. The host was very helpful and allowed us to self check-in at a later time than advertised.
Only one toilet and shower between 3 rooms. Wasn't an issue for us personally though!

Spaciously set-up, converted second floor apartment into separate rooms, while keeping kitchen and sanitary as a shared facility. Feels really "homely" and a bit like staying over with your auntie, but with excellent WiFi. Kitchen has all your need for breakfast or diner, be sure to wash-up after using pots and pans ! Short walk into town, you can leave your vehicle on the secured parking lot behind the building.
Notifie the owner a couple of minutes before arriving, he'll be there in 5 minutes to open the door and do a guided tour, better than climbing the stairs 2 times trying to figure out where to knock ;-)

Amazing location, very affordable price, comfortable (but firm) mattresses, cooling fans inside, very nice and communicative owner.
The doors are really noisy so you might wake your roommates up if you come home late. If you wake up late you might have to wait for the bathroom since there is 1 for 3 rooms.

Host was extremely friendly and very helpful, I speak no Italian yet he managed to Converse in basic English and advised me on the best things to see/do in the area. I would highly recommend to anyone staying on sondrio. I was only for one night but wished I could stay longer

Really clean and well maintained and super friendly staff. We got delayed in our travels and arrived late in the afternoon, we could however check in without problems. Great view over the mountains, excellent food and wine. You should try the Ragu at Terra di Mezzo; amazing!
