Very clean and nice studio right by the ocean. Great wifi, well equipped kitchen area for cooking, and extra blankets in the closet. The interior design is modern and looks really pretty with the industrial features. I had a great time, swimming in the pool and studying with my laptop at the outdoor seating area. :) The town has really relaxed beach surf vibe, and great hiking areas and many beaches nearby.

Walls are very thin, the neighbours watch movies late and smoke weed. This is probably not a problem if you're in El Médano for party. I wanted to sleep early because of my online studies.

Very clean, everything you need in the apartment. Netflix included.

The loft was really well equipped. There is great internet, books, games, PS2 with games, terrace, big swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It was really clean and the owner was very nice. It has all you need even for longer stay. The location is great especially for surfers. There are many shops, coffees and restaurants around.

It’s located on the ground floor so you can hear everything, but I can not say that we did not feel safe. The bed wasn’t really comfortable to us.

- some light switches broken - bunkbed room is not really a room, but more like corridor between bathroom and kitchen

Extremely pleasant owners, a wonderful and very functional apartment, excellent location, clean. Some of the basic things provided: salt, pepper, washing liquid, ...

The kitchen counter top should be replaced.
