Amazing location, newly furnished rooms

As a couple, two single beds were not comfortable. Thin doors and walls, you can easily hear the corridor.

Everything was perfect! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful especially Zsofi and Christopher and the Hito's crew :)

No fridge in the room , no facilities in the hotel to get food or drink.

Really great value for money! The location is brilliant - merely a 10min taxi drive from the airport and located directly on the seafront with access to lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms and facilities were also exceptional (really can't agree with other reviews complaining about them, as I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and overall fresh and cosy look of my room and the hotel itself)! Lovely staff working at the desk aswell - special mention to Krzysztof and another lady whose name I didn't catch! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family!

The wifi was poor in the bedroom; and would not work on moving to our balcony. It kept cutting out in the room. We could use the wifi in the hotel lounge areas, but this was not as convenient.

Location was wonderful - pool was fine but weather poor. Room was fine.

The location is perfect. Short walk to town but away from any razamatz.

Location of the hotel is very good. Very close to the beach, but also to restaurants and shops. Just several minutes walk everywhere.

The hotel is a bit old and you can easily see it. Breakfasts were mediocre. I expected more fresh veggies. Cheeses were tasteless. Also not many options for vegetarians. Vegans would leave this place hungry. Once during 2-week stay we didn't have hot water.

Great location on the beach and in town. We arrived on a late flight and were able to eat in their restaurant immediately before they closed! Room OK. Nice buffet breakfast and lovely pool area.

The hotel is right on the beach easy to access from the road network & only a short walk along a boardwalk to the town centre. All the water equipment hire services are just outside the hotel. Free car park for guests with card key operated barrier. Storage available for surf gear & bikes etc. Check in was easy & Hotel is kept spotlessly clean all staff are pleasant & helpful. Pool is attractive with plenty of loungers. Rooms have there own balcony with furniture. Breakfast buffet is plentiful with a mix of cooked and cold with plenty of pastries & fruit. On site restaurant serves a nice selection of food & drinks & was always busy which is a good sign. Side door off the pool area gives direct access to the boardwalk then a 5 minute walk to the centre. Nice laid back feel to the Hotel & indeed the town itself. El Medano is windy which is why it is a mecca for board sports but it is also an excellent base for exploring Tenerife. Will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Charge for the safe box 25€ per week is a rip off. The only thing that surprises me is that the light is always on everywhere, even during the day
