Mostly had what we needed. Greeted nicely by manager.
We had to park a short distance away and walk around, and uphill, to the hotel because the hotel had no private parking for guests. Rooms weren’t soundproofed so my husband was awake all night due to other guests making a lot of loud noise in the hallway late at night.

Rooftop with good views
its dirty, it has a neon light and no curtains (so we’ll there is no good sleep). Quite expensive for what it is… as the location is quite far from Center and beach, not very comfortable if you don’t have a car.

Top floor restaurant with an outstanding view on the bay.

The view from the top flor and the restaurant (Terrazza) were nice. Rooms were spacious, breakfast
Cleanness level should be improved, services as well (we had issues with elevator, tv, air-conditioning, shower and balcony door). Also one of the sides had no curtains, which can be annoying if you want to sleep longer in the morning). Tries to be a 4 star hotel but does not really achieve it.

The location is good
We had a late check in and the room was not cleaned. So we had to wait since there was no other room available and we ended up in another room (which was good) around 10pm. Next morning we had to leave so not a very good experience

Great hotel, the staff is very helpful, the facilities are excellent and the rooms are very reasonably priced. We were a family of four and enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the 5th floor with wide-angle views of the sea and hills around the hotel.
There is some construction nearby, but it was hardly noticeable, there was no noise in the afternoons or evenings.

We had car problems and the owner called us a mechanic(that DID rip us off because we are not from around). But honestly that was kind of them. It was cheap I cannot lie, but i recommend you buck out those extra 10 euros and stay downtown.
The bathroom wasn't cleaned before our arrival, towels had holes, and had enough hot water for just the one of us(and water pressure is at Africa level) place is at the outskirts of the city and just across a building site. Nobody from the staff gave us pointers where to go but at their rooftop restaurant(where the staff is kind but doesn't know anything about this work) .

The room was very good clean towels and bedsheets and the staff was nice and friendly
the waiter at the restaurant who didn’t had much experience and don’t know how to treat clients and the fact that when I ordered pasta it came very cold and I asked for something else and they charged me even for the plate before, which is not nice 😔

Nice view overlooking Vlore. Hotel room is huge and the breakfast is exceptional. We love the freshness of the milk and the food. 5 minutes and you will be in the main city highly recommended.
