Outstanding location! It is conveniently located on a main road, but set far enough to the back of the building that there is no noise.

amazing, clean place. staff were very nice and carried my bags up the stairs. washing machine and dryer were very handy.

a fair few stairs, the bottom step was a little wobbly and the bed was a little squeaky however this is not affect my stay at all.

The apartment was spacious, light and clean. There is lots of storage if you are staying for a few nights. The host was really helpful and answered our call instantly on our arrival. Kitchen facility was great.

There was no shower gel provided and the ash trays were full and did not seem to be emptied regularly.

The location to the proximity of the centre of Brno is fantastic - just 3 minute walk into town. The size of the apartment is great, as was the cleanliness.

To be honest, I had high hopes for this apartment but the poor maintenance really lets it down and the apartment we stayed in really isn’t anything like the photos. The ‘private’ garden is overgrown and full of weeds and the decking full of leaves and bird poo. The hot-tub smelled musty and was full of debris on arrival, so doubt it’d been cleaned from the last guests. The hot-tub keypad was also locked so couldn’t adjust the temperature, I contacted Ondřej about this and said he’s come and look at it. He came that evening but text when he was already in the garden, not before coming over, which I found to be an invasion of privacy, particularly when the apartment has floor to ceiling windows and it was quite late at night. We were told that the sensor was broken so the temperature couldn’t be adjusted, so we never used the hot-tub again in our 2 week stay. Opposite the overgrown garden is another private garden and whilst we were there a family were working on the garden most nights and in full view of the apartment, so felt that we never really had private use of the garden space, not that it was all that relaxing as it was poorly maintained, the grass 3 feet high and the patio full of weeds, it was hardly the little city summer retreat we envisioned as per the photos. The steam room as advertised didn’t work and we were informed by Ondřej that it broke a year ago and is too expensive to be fixed and he removed this from the listing - he hasn’t, it’s still very much in the listing and one of the reasons we booked this apartment for the additional luxury touches as wanted somewhere we could fully relax. A bell would be a good idea for the apartment to buzz through, so people can be let in as both the host and the cleaner walked straight into the garden without any warning. The apartment could really do with some much needed maintenance - fix the hole in the flooring, rather than putting a dirty rug over the top of it

Personal preference would prefer aircon as was so hot in the upstairs bedroom, but Ondrej provided a fan which did help

The apartment is really nice ! Very comfortable, with great facilities ! Loved the projector TV ! Lots of space for a couple. Ondrej was always available when we needed anything. Walking distance to the central area and lots of little cafes and places to eat nearby. Is a real home away from home.

The flat was amazing and in a great location ! We loved the spa bath, the showers and the projector ! It was really luxurious. Ondrej was great and made sure to assist us with any query or issue. We highly recommend and will come back !

The display on the stove did not always work... but when we had an issue Ondrej was available and ready to help. The flat is really high tech which is great but sometimes technologies decide not to work :D

Location is excellent with the tram system pick up from just outside the accommodation. It was very quiet. Host was great allowing us to store our bags after checkout out until we were ready to catch our flight. Loved having real plants.

A small microwave or convection oven would be great in this apartment so that a variety of foods could be cooked. Access to more cleaning products such as toilet cleaner would be great so that we could do our own maintenance cleaning.

The apartment was newly remodeled and spacious, everything was clean, beautiful, all appliances new and functional. The building was kept nicely, it was quiet and pleasant. The location of the building was in a great neighborhood, very safe and few minutes walking distance to main city square and notable locations, museums and cathedrals. Two mini-markets within the same block and couple of restaurants with amazing food! We really felt like home.

It was very cute and comfortable apartment. I appreciated that kitchen was quite well equipped as I love to cook everywhere. There was everything we needed and it's perfect place if you want to visit Brno. Perfect location, close to the city Centre, next to the Lužánky park, also not far from Vila Tugendhat. We were happy we could park the car in the closed parking lot as well.

The location was perfect. The host came immediately to assist us with getting into the apartment. He explained everything, and it was very nicely set up. I recommend it for a few days.

That you had to carry your luggage almost 4 floors up, but for the younger generation that is not a problem. Apart from that it was great.
