Beautifull villa with a big athmosphere. The room was very spacious and nice decorated. It is a very quiet place with a nice big garden. Tasty and rich breakfast. We are happy to choose this accomodation.

We were looking for a place to disconnect from the struggles of the city but also central to drive and visit to the different points of interest in the island, and this place met our expectations. The place is extremely quiet for you to enjoy a book and a coffee in the morning, and to have a bottle of wine and see the stars at night. It has a pool, a barbecue cabin in the back, a garden, private parking, shared kitchen and living rooms, and amazing staff. They also give you pool towels for the thermal pools, as normal towels can get stained with the orange water; and also lend you bikes to go down to the ocean and little town.

Sadly, the barbecue place went into remodeling after we arrived - but it did not diminish our experience. Just a reason to come back in the future.

Angelica and the property owner are lovely. We were there during some heavy wind and rain and still had a nice experience. We had the house to ourselves.

Great house, it looks amazing, also with a very nice garden. Rooms were big enough. People were really friendly, breakfast was also ok. We can recommend this place.

There was a heavy storm outside and it rained a bit into the entrance room, so our shoes got wet.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom had a bath : paradise ! The garden is splendide and there is an area to make a barbecue or dinner very cute with wood for free.

We speak portuguese and we barely got a hello from the hosts... the breakfast is quite limited and not refilled

The owner who lives in a house next to the facility likes 80s music which is broadcasted loudly day round. This breaches the atmosphere and does not allow one to chill.

We loved our stay in the family double room which had two separate rooms and a great balcony. Really useful for families with children who go to bed earlier. Plenty of space and great storage. Great pool and beautiful grounds. Lovely choice for breakfast too. Super location for exploring the island by car. We loved our stay here in the Azores.

It was such a fun place to stay! Our apartment was way bigger than we thought and had many beds!

The beds were not as comfortable to our taste but it was perfect for our 1 night stay!

Wonderful place with beautifully decorated grounds and an amazing breakfast. Very spacious room with kitchen and living space. There is a nice pool on the property. Good wifi. There is parking available.

There was no AC but room was still cool and comfortable. No 24 hour front desk. Had to arrange check in time in advance.

Angelica, all round helper, was very pleasant and helpful; gardens and evening sun terrace superb, breakfast very generous. Coast and places to eat nearby. Apartment has an odd layout without a main living area, some areas rather dark. House keeping every day is good.

Everything was perfect, surroundigs are astonishing as well. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool due to the bad weather, so we have to return next time 😀

Live cockroaches and dead ones that weren't even cleaned by room service over the span of 2 days. Spider webs too. Also we slept poorly because we could hear rats running around over thin ceiling and walls. Management refused to offer partial compensation.

Bountiful breakfast buffet with meats, cheeses, breads, homemade jams, and eggs, etc.. Delicious in a setting with good ambiance. Can see the ocean from north facing rooms. Whimsical tiled bathroom. Lounge area. Good WiFi throughout. CLEAN and well-maintained. On-site parking. Quiet...

Since there are only a few rooms, the reception desk isn't staffed constantly. But, with phone contact of anticipated arrival time, it is not a big problem.

Breakfast is quite good, not so many options but very good quality and tasy (home made jam for example)and plenty fruits... All rooms have bathroom inside...

No vegetables on breakfast!
