Beautiful clean room with an impressive shower. The spa is really nice and we were able to use it privately.

When you book you should call immediately to make a reservation for the spa otherwise you might not find space…it’s not written anywhere. Before leaving the room for the spa remember to turn the heater on (it’s not automatic). Due to covid you get a standard breakfast in the room but we asked for coffees and something fresh to eat and they were very kind to provide that! Remember to always shut well the outside door cause after 8 there’s no reception so anyone could get in.

Fun hot tub & good bathroom.

Parking - had a parking ticket in the morning. Air conditioning didn’t work - really hot at night. Hot tub room roof didn’t open. Huge day- bed taking up so much room.

The room was very nice and spacious and the location great. The massages were really great!

We had different expectations in terms of parking - booking.com and a comment (which referred to a private garage) let us assume that the hotel would have a parking space. This is not the case - parking is in the street, so you may or may not find a slot. Note that the spa comes at an extra price and the time you are allowed to be in the different zones (sauna, whirlpool, relaxing area, grotta de sale) is according to a timeplan and you cannot move around freely. Overall, we found the staff a bit less friendly and responsive than expected from a 4* hotel.
