The location was really good, close to the beach and promenade. There was a big free parking space nearby. The amenities that were offered (all kitchen utensils, washing machine plus detergents), basically all you need. On top, even beach towels, so rally all the amenities you'd need. Balcony was really great to relax and spacious. The apartment in per se was really spatious, at least for a couple. The owners provided free coffee, tea and a bottle of wine - nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided a lot of suggestions not only for Costa Adeje but also for our next trips. Highly reccomended

The bed was a bit small and too soft. This might be subjective, but for us, it could have been a bit better, especially if you plan a long stay The rainshower wasn't working, but the normal shower head did, so nothing that bad. All in all, we really can't find much to complain about, and these are mainly suggestions.

Excellent apartment for your stay in Costa Adeje. The owner thought about every single detail you may need, from kitchen items to beach gear. The attention to detail is amazing. The terrace is big and there is plenty of free parking nearby.

The apartment offers everything you need, even more for a stay. In the kitchen: water cooker, coffee machine, toaster, pans, fry pans, pots, oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher, washing machine, Hänger etc. the apartment is nice, modern and new. The location was also great. We can walk to the beach it’s only 600m. We can also use the swimming pool of the resident area. The terrace is quite huge with all the garden facilities and many plants

The disadvantage you walk a little more from car park to the apartment as only resident can park in the area. With many luggages could be quite complicated. Luckily we have only 2 small luggages

Very friendly host, explain us everything about the apartment and all important things. Nice apartment, beautiful terrace, well equipped kitchen! Generally, just great!

A strange experience after booking, we were offered an opportunity to cancel it for free, if we did so now. Later we received a phone call from booking.com telling us we paid an incorrect price and asking if we would split the difference.I declined of course. Whether this was an error on the apartment owner or booking.com, this should never have come the way of the customer to pay the extra. Also the apartment was not even cheap in the first place anyways. Beach umbrella provided although bottom piece damaged. Cushion for sunlounger smelt horrible, this needs washed. Location great for Toviscas beach, although other areas in adeje are nicer in general.
