It was just a perfect!!! Beautiful and cozy house, breathtaking views, very nice and friendly hostess. I have no words to describe my feelings, but we definitely want to back to this place ❤️

Lovely view, lovely area , excellent facilities including a pool. Only a 10 minute walk to all the pubs and bars

Only thing is the communal pool area could have done with some umbrellas and sunbathers.

The location and view was perfect for what we wanted from the trip

The only improvement I could recommend is air conditioning to all bed rooms

quite a distance from the beach - advertised as a short walk but about 30 mins downhill and impossible to walk up! bedroom on ground floor could be more private - the exit to the pool is next to the bedroom and disturbs the occupants. very noisy building work next door when we visited - might have been nice to know this.

There is bathrooms in every bedroom. All kitchen supplies to make food or coffee. House is located very quiet area. Pool is really 10m away from the door. We really loved it! Hopefully we visit this property again!

nothing really negative or disappointing just install mesh wifi, 3 level villa requires wired connection between routers to make stable coverage.

The photos do not do this villa justice! It sits high on the edge of town which gives an amazing view of the coastline and stunning sunsets which can be enjoyed from the terrace. It is has been thoughtfully decorated, extremely well equipped, spacious and was very clean. The two double bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and it helps that there are four bathrooms too. Would happily recommend although perhaps not for 8 adults. Would certainly consider returning.

Nothing we didn't like. However would suggest people think carefully about location. It is a 20/25 min walk downhill to the seafront and all the bars and restaurants. We found this fine and there were plenty of taxis to come back up the hill. This may not suit everyone.

Truly perfect stay. Villa was immaculate, interior design was to an extremely high standard and was super clean. The equipment both electrical and in kitchen were also to a high standard and had everything you could think of. The location is fab, however, a car or taxi is needed to get to beach /restaurants. A taxi was about 5 euros to Costa Adeje front and 8 /10 euros to Playa de Las Americas. Pool is communal, however we found we were the only people using it, was cold but it was December, but again spotless. The whole complex was very clean and quiet. I could write so much more!!! Really cannot not recommend this villa enough. Thank you so much, really fell in love! Host was lovely too, always replied immediately on WhatsApp.

Really struggling to think of anything. Sofa covers could have been washed and a lick of paint here and there but thats really me digging.
