Great location. Lovely and clean.

Located in the pedestrian-only area of Como, it was perfect for our 11 day stay in Como. The host was so accommodating, quickly answering all our questions and even arranging transportation between the airport in Milan and Como. Everything we needed or wanted to do was just a short walk from the apartment: ferry pier, train station, funicular, lido, park, grocery store, and of course, lots of outdoor dining venues. In spite of its central location, the apartment was very quiet. It was exceptionally clean, nicely furnished and equipped, and had the most incredible views from the large windows and rooftop deck, complete with a small dining table and chairs, 2 zero gravity lounge chairs, and beautiful large potted plants.
The elevator stops at the 3rd floor and from there one must walk up a flight of stairs to reach the apartment on the 4th floor. This was no problem at all for us, but might be for those with limited mobility

All the criteria we had looked for when choosing the property were fulfilled.
As we were arriving by train location was important and the location to the station is brilliant but also central to the town and the lake. WIFi was great, air conditioning effective and the outside area was far better than we expected.
We have struggled to find anything we didn’t like about the property- maybe a lock on the bathroom door?

Beautiful comfortable apartment and location was excellent. Our host Massimo was excellent and very prompt in answering any questions we had. Apartment in the centre of Como, only minutes from the train station and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this Apartment and would definitely stay there again.

Massimo was easy to contact, arrived promptly, explained everything. Great location, very modern, clean apartment. So many gorgeous cafes to the left of thee apartment and bars and restaurants to the right.

We stayed at the rooftop and the apartment was amazing: modern, clean and well equipped, private terrace with a view of Brunate and Como's cathedral. The location of the apartment is excellent, in the center of the old town. Massimo is a great host. Very goog pasta restaurant near apartament. It was perfect for our family!

Great location in the centre of Como. The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped. Our apartment had a lovely little terrace available for morning coffees/breakfast outdoors, and a nice view up to the mountains. Massimo, our host, was very helpful and very welcoming. He always responded promptly to our questions - thanks Massimo!
The apartment desperately needed a full length mirror; the only mirror provided was over the bathroom washbasin. A second pillow needed to be available per person ideally. Some of the sockets needed a special adaptor to be used with modern European plugs - 2 were provided. The bin men came very early and were very noisy - but that’s the downside of the great location!

Central location. Close to bars and restaurants. Walking distance from the cruise platforms to Lake Como and Duomo.
The apartment is very large, spacious, clean and equipped.

This is a wonderful and super convenient apartment in the heart of Como! It was perfect for our family of 4. Massimo was great- contacted us in advance and met us on our arrival- explaining everything. When I accidentally broke our key in a freak accident- he had a new one dropped off within an hour! We loved our stay!!!

Wow! A lot better and more spacious than the pictures show. We stayed at the rooftop and the apartment was amazing. Huge kitchen, fantastic terrace where we had breakfast and dinners for four. Will definitely stay here next time in Como. Location is excellent and apartment just fantastic with rooftop view over central Como.
Would be great with a rack for the laundry but nothing that disturbed us as long as it isn’t windy 😉

Beautiful apartment located right in the city center but very quiet inside the apartment. Air conditioning worked great on the hot days, beds are super comfortable, the apartment was impeccably clean and though there is no oven- the kitchen had everything we needed for our multi-night stay. Very close to everything and a perfect place to stay while exploring beautiful Lake Como.

literally everything. location was ideal, the host was so kind and accommodating with plenty of good recommendations. apartment was spotless upon arrival and there is a lovely dining area in the outer sitting area!
no oven, but there were hobs to use instead! there are lots of restaurants to go to around the place also
