Apartamento espaçoso, muito bem equipado e limpo. Ótima localização, em zona residencial calma e segura. Muito próximo de transportes públicos e com estacionamento fácil para quem usar automóvel. Comunicação com os anfitriões fácil e simpática.

The owner/host was exceptionally kind, caring and thoughtful in everything; he left us an amazing welcome pack of food and drink as our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2.30am. The apartment was big and in a quiet area near to the historic Birgu fortified town. Particularly welcome was the washing machine and dryer, plus the kitchen facilities were excellent.

In winter it was rather cold inside and it's necessary to have coins for the electricity.

The area where the apartment is is very quiet and very well suited for sightseeing. The Malta at war museum, the Inquisitor's palace is just minutes away, so is Fort St. Angelo. Valetta is very easy to reach both by boat and by bus. Very close there is also Esplora, a science center particularly good for kids. The apartment is very nice and spacious, neat and well arranged, also very clean. As it is on the ground floor, should be quite good in the summer, as it would not overheat easily. In winter it is on the cool side, but there are heaters. And the host is particularly great, very very helpful and nice, solving quickly all the minor issues that may arise. Definitely recommended.

Hopefully, the building process next door will finish soon. The builders started quite early in the morning (7.30) most days and were not allowing much sleeping in, which, of course, is not too bad if you plan on sightseeing, but can be problematic if one is into partying.

The host is lovely and the apartment is in top shape. Premium design, very clean and great quite area.

Everything was perfect!

The hosts were very professional and friendly, explained us everything so kindly when we arrived. It wasn't a problem for them that we couldn't check in at scheduled hours. On the last day they let us stay for few hours longer than checking out just because we had to wait for our flight. During our stay, they asked us (by text) if everything was alright and if we needed something. Apartment is well located, close to bus stop (but generally we liked Kalkara so we didn't have to travel far away for finding some pretty place)

When I booked the apartment I didn't know that electricity is charged extra. Now I see a new photo with this information but back then it wasn't there so we weren't informed

The maisonette is very comfortable, cosy and well kept. Besides, that what made our stay better was our communication with the hosts and how the hosts handled our concerns.
