The location in new Gudauri. Everything was near. Also when I contacted the owner for a couple of things she tried to help.

I am not sure how old is the flat but a lot of of wear and tear. Also the star rating In booking.com is not accurate. It is more aligned with a 2 stars than a 4 stars. In addition to that the flat was not clean. And also I had to figure out by myself few things in the appartement ( since absolutely no instructions left and I had to take the key from a receptionist who prefers playing with his phone than answering my queries).

Mattress was uncomfortable

Location good, and it served a family of 5 (sleeping arrangements). Near restaurants - near Supermarket. Near ski rental. It has 2 rooms (bedroom & lounge).

The Equipment not fully stocked. Blocked shower drain. No cleaning service. No toilet paper (extra, only 1 rill given). TV is not smart. Couches and beds are worn out. The apartment is very noisy.

Clean apartment equipped with everything needed.. Near supermarket, ski lift and rentals.

Sometimes wifi was unstable.

Very light and easy communication with host. No prepayment asked. The cleaning woman just told us to leave the money in the kitchen at departure.

There tend to be a lot of static electricity and quite dry air in the appartments in New Gudauri. Radiators can be a bit confusing to control. Would be nice with a written advice at arrival.

1. the apartment is pretty clean, and has the needed facilities. 2. the sofa bed is pretty comfortable. way more than the full bed ... 3. Mariam the host owner is a good helper and a good english speaker which is hard to find in that area.

1. the full bed is totally uncomfortable. you feel that it's broken in the middle and it has a shape of \__/ 2. the difference between the hot and the cold water is 0.0001 cm. it takesvtoo long to choose a comfortable water tempreature to take a wash. 3. a single heater is not enough for a big room, especially with a -18 tempreature outside the window.

The apartment itself is great. Very spacious with a fully functioning kitchen, complete set of tableware. Convenient location.

Adding a washing machine will be a great plus.
