I was in a beautiful building so the rooms are lovely and large with large windows

What I didn’t like was not having towels for a day and a half and after speaking to someone had to go looking in store rooms to find them I could have brought some with us I have never experienced not having towels in the apartment when we arrive and only having a short break was very disappointing not to be able to shower after our journey

Very light and spacious flat and excellent location. Comfortable beds and living area. Well equipped and would definitely stay here again

The beds had not been changed when we arrived but the Camille sorted this as soon as she could Fire alarm going off at 3am - needs to be a 24 hours emergency contact number for unforeseen events like this .... but we're assuming this was an one-off issue and again Camille has been very generous with a compensation offer

Spacious, beautifully set out and in such a fabulous position

No mention of many flights of steep narrow stairs No bottom sheet, only a mattress protector!

Very big apartments, with airconditioner, protoric rooms, bedrooms, good beds. A big bonus was washer and dryer. Excelent location.

Multi-level apartment with stairs. The separate story is lift (marked in facilities). If you don't know how to use it, you can't use it. The elevator has a problem with the door on the bottom floor. this door must be pressed until completely closed with your fingers (there is a gap on top). Only after this procedure the elevator will go. besides it has a code, which we received after we walked up to the apartments with suitcases (4 or 5 flights of stairs)

The location was excellent. very central to all activities and restaurants.

Unfortunately, the second bathroom was broken. One of the reasons I booked was so that both couples would have their own bathroom space.

The location and the apartment itself are both great. We will definitely try to book it again in our next trips.

The location is top, the apartment is huge and well equipped, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. Beds are comfortable. Check in and out is hassle free and the host is kind and helpful. We arrived earlier and we've been let in quite before the normal check in hour

The heating in the bathroom was not working. But to be honest we didn't ask the host, maybe it's just that we didn't manage to turn it on. Anyway it was not a big problem
