Good motel, lots of parking, lovely clean room with comfy beds and great hot shower helpful staff with our bags.
Restaurant was shut and we were up stairs with a bit of a walk

The location was good. Nice and quiet and staff were helpful
Facility was dated and had a lot of dilapidated chipboard in the room. Restaurant not open and not much else in the town. Superior room but had to carry everything up a massive flight of stairs. Floors not very clean in common areas

not one thing rooms where a 20 years old bed was ready for the dump carpet worn your website shows i cansled my rooms my wife could not walk up the stairs no lift my daughter stayed in her room said it was bad we went to a funeral your hotel was very disapointing

The Location was excellent and the room was clean the shower was awesome.
There wasnt know foxtel to the room and the screen door and door needs fixing badly doesnt slide like they should and lock like they should. The bed wasnt comfortable at all and moves all the time the rooms needs updating but overall wasnt to bad .

The facility is showing its age. It mostly caters to the mining industry now and it has badly aged the building and rooms. The carpets and walls are stained from workwear and constant movement.

Loved the pool and fast check in system :) we arrived after when reception closed, but they were super convenient and informative anyway as they explained to us where to retrieve the keys and all.
Plenty of parking, really great location!!! Reception and dining area are very clean. Our room was spacious, beds super comfortable, shower wasn't bad either! We had a great time relaxing after a long drive from Sydney and good enough for us and our 5 yo son to rest in the room overnight. Thank you!
WiFi did not work in our room but it wasn't too much of a problem for us :) when we did let them know, they were very apologetic and advised that they will have the technician look into it for future travellers!

LOVED THE POOL, STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. ROOMS WERE CLEAN.
LIGHT IN THE BATHROOM REFUSED TO TURN ON FLICKERING THE WHOLE TIME AND THE SHOWER HEAD SPRAYED EVERY DIRECTION BUT DOWN.

Room was not clean, satins on walls and carpeted areas. Toilet was not clean- urine on pedestal from previous lodger. Room needs renovation- damaged paneling, cracked tiles, light fitting hanging from ceiling. This particular light just inside entry door- could not find switch to turn off so had to leave in all night.

Location is good, near shopping centre and visiting places, staffs were nice and polite. Facilities were very good. My family had great time in swimming pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Good!!
