This is the place to stay in Tegucigalpa. Super safe, super quiet and calm, Laura is amazing host. The best in centro America so far. Rooms are spacious and big, super cozy lobby. Breakfast is awesome, simply 10 rate!

There wasn’t availability of the room reserved on Booking.com. Which they told me until I arrived at the hotel at check-in, should have been made clear before by this means. I didn’t like that they omitted it and also that the new room was in Comayagüela, that does not correspond to the location indicated here.

Close to the airport and Tica bus terminal. Great staff and good breakfast.

Close to the domestic airport (90-175 limpira one way by taxi). Clean room in a house in a guarded area. Can walk to nearby restaurants and supermarket safely. The family that run the place are extremely friendly and were helpful with all questions I had.

Taxi drivers might not know where it is. Make sure you have a map ready and address.

The home was BEAUTIFUL! Laura & her family were the best hosts we have ever had. We unfortunately only stayed one night in transit. Laura organised our PCR tests, our taxis, even drove us herself to the bus terminal herself & helped us with some errands. The family even organised us something to eat as there were no ATMS nearby. Thankyou Laura, you were the BEST

The host was very nice and responsive when we called to ask how to get into the property. The house was cute and the courtyard could be nice if you want to sit outside and relax.

The house is within a gated community, which is good but was not clear from the description. It was not clear how to get into the community. The room was okay but there is no air conditioning in the room. There was only 1 towel even though we had two people and there was not shampoo, conditioner, or soap to use in the shower. When we asked the host, they tried to find some but there was no shampoo anywhere. Also, the stay was supposed to come with breakfast. I saw the woman working there and told her we were going to shower and then come for breakfast. Then, when we came out, we couldn't find her anywhere and there was no food available that looked like we could eat it. It was probably around 8 or 8:30 so not too late. We tried to contact the host but couldn't get in touch so we didn't get any breakfast.

When I was eating breakfast downstairs her children went into the room I was staying at and went through my personal items and STOLE MONEY from me!
