Nice staff

Room was small and bed was too small, i think just 80x190cm.

Check in time flexible. Looked clean.

First time I had a trouble on Booking.com: This hotel didn’t state clearly about extra charge, not on the website nor during check-in. While shocked by a high extra charge during check out, the staff did “help” to call the boss and made things more reasonable…It was a hassle and we could feel how frustrating the unclear or intentionally deceptive rules made the traveler and staff feel. Hope the company can improve their attitudes towards customers and save the difficult work.

The front desk personal was very polite, offers free coffee and we could leve the car in the hotel parking for a few hours after the checkout. We will come back for sure.

Even tho I arrived after check in time there was no hassle. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean, haven't seen place clean as this one for a while. Decent breakfast was included.

It was modern, clean & spacious. it was 15 minutes to the centre of Pula so ideal for sightseeing & restaurants. It had a free car park. the Breakfast was AMAZING! Very good coffee & rolls, with good fresh fruit. All the staff were fabulous.

couldn’t get much closer to old town. just managed to get the bike in their small garage with two other motorcycles and car. garage door couldn’t close but apparently it’s never closed!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location within walking distance to old town. The staff is very helpful and professional. The room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Private parking available.

Very nice hotel. Fab room. Refrigator that worked. Spacious bathroom and wardrobe. The room was soothing and aircondition was not needed. Nice balcony. Huge TV. Enough space in the shower cabin. Good breakfast. Nice choice of wholegrain bread and cheese also a good choice of sausages and salami, even versatile pies and sweets if you want to go for that. On my arrival, I was offered a wellcoming drink, the girl who made my check in was realy nice, kind, informative, she arranged my trip to Brioni and a transfer to Fazana and moreover, she had a realy pleasent way about her self. Hotel transfer service is superb, the driver was very kind. Even when i made a mistake about the time to pick me up, he was not angry. You can always get free coffee, wich I spilled on my bed. Sorry. There was even some food in the refrigator. As a cat person I did like " a house cat," but some were very angry about it so I did not dare to feed her

The only thing I did not like was the fact that the free parking is not right by the hotel. But it is secured and you get a pass card. The truth is, the hotel is kind a sandwiched in between two buildings and right next to a street, so there is no other way.

Kindness

The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated room and a great bathroom. The bed was comfortable, parking was free and hotel is pet friendly. Perfect for a quick stop in Pula.
