Enjoy you stay on the huge southern porch. Grab your sweet tea.
Nous sommes situés sur la face inférieure de Missionary Ridge. La bataille de Missionary Ridge a été combattu ici le 26 novembre 1863. Les Confédérés ont campé à l'endroit même où cette maison a été construite en 2016. Il y a un accès en fauteuil roulant et un lot vide à côté pour le stationnement de débordement. Nous sommes les animaux domestiques et avons une belle cour clôturée. Il est une chambre 3, 2 salles de bains, salon, salle à manger avec un lave-linge et sèche-linge dans la cuisine. mobilier confortable et des lits douillets pour votre plaisir de dormir. Je fournirai des articles de toilette et petit-déjeuner. Downtown Chattanooga est à seulement 2 miles. En face, nous avons Shuffleboard, Horse Shoes, table de pique-nique avec un barbecue et d'une Cour Bocce. Le jardin sur la déchirure next up était sur le Salon du comté de Hamilton Master Gardener en 2013. Sadly we had to leave a day early due to our puppy getting injured on the day at Rock City....but the residence was as stated and was not far from anything.

This is a very nice home with a cottage feel. The property is well kept and has nice amenities. It was very convenient to downtown and to Lookout Mountain.
It is a very good option for travelers with limited mobility. The house is all on one level. The walk in shower in the master bath was an added bonus. Recommended.

We had an amazing time! The house was accessible for all activities! We went to Ruby Falls, Rock City, The Incline Railway, and Lookout Mountain. The house was beautiful, nice, neat, and clean. The accommodations for kids were terrific! For anyone wanting a family getaway this is the place to go! We loved our stay, and we highly recommend staying here!

Pros: decorated nicely; comfy beds with plenty of extra blankets/pillows; very well appointed - everything we needed; plenty of games, toys and books for all ages.
Cons: No blinds/thin curtain in bedrooms; exterior doors would feel safer with extra interior locks; wasps nest in playground equipment.

This was by far one of the best stays we have ever booked. The house was fully stocked to include children’s toys. Grands loved it. Tammy has created a paradise with all of the gardens flowers and the many statues and ponds. Definitely recommend you stay here

This was the perfect spot for our extended family for our UTC Graduation visit. The house met all of our needs and the grounds are an oasis in the middle of the city. Easy to get anywhere.

First time visit in Chattanooga. House was perfect for us, 3 adults,spring break trip with adult daughter, a teacher. First House outside and interior was as pictured. Short driveway, perfect for parking at the front porch/door. Very cozy, comfortable and very clean. Master bedrm bed was very comfortable. We did not need to use 3rd bedrm for sleeping, but did use it as sort of an area to put some of our extra stuff out of the way. House was outfitted with most anything you could need. Kitchen was well outfitted but we did not cook. Plenty of bathrooms supplies,hand soap, towels, etc. We enjoyed having a comfortable place to relax after hiking and doing other tourist type activity around Chattanooga. House had lots of menus from area restaurants and info for tourist places. Our dachshund enjoyed her stay as well.The neighborhood is transitional but we did not feel unsafe. Tammy, the owner was very friendly and a great host. Enjoyed meeting her and seeing her gardens across the street. Gray Gables was a good choice for our trip.

Very well stocked and cared for home with everything you could need. Host is conscientious and cares about the quality of your stay. Our group was very happy with the home and amenities. Our only issue was that the internet was spotty one evening but it was resolved.

My family took a long weekend trip to visit the aquarium and other tourist sites with our soon to be 7 year old who loves aquariums. This cozy cottage was very close to the locations we hoped to visit. Traffic was light. The house was very clean and the host made sure everything we might have forgotten was stocked. I loved how kid friendly it was and my 2 year old hated leaving behind the firetruck toys.

Our family visited for a late Christmas with extended family in Chattanooga. We had a great time and had everything we needed. Our beds were very comfortable and there were games to play. We loved the fenced in yard because we had our dog with us. We will be back next time we travel to Chattanooga.

This is our third or fourth Christmas to stay at this property. It is perfect for our needs. Mostly wheelchair accessible, and the owner does a fantastic job of decorating for the holidays to make it feel cozy. She lives very close by, so she’s there in a jiffy if we need anything. The only reason for four stars under safety is that lots of people shoot fireworks (mostly) and guns (a little) to celebrate the holidays. We felt perfectly safe, but it might be unsettling if you aren’t accustomed to that tradition.

Our stay was wonderful. The dogs loved the fenced backyard. The home was decorated for Christmas and it felt so warm and inviting. Tammy checked in with us and was a great host. The home was so comfortable that the family had a hard time leaving to go sight seeing;) We had a great time visiting Rock City Gardens, Ruby Falls and riding e-bikes along the Tennessee River. Another memorable trip in the books for the Phillips family. Happy Holidays!

This home has been tastefully remodeled in all the right ways, just as you'd expect from a VRBO rental. However, Tammy added so many small touches that made this rental feel like a cozy, comfortable home. There was no shortage of soft cuddly blankets, towels, and pillows, and the sheets were soft. The concrete floors were perfect for our dog that we brought and the fenced in yard was great to let him out on the brisk mornings. We stayed in December and Tammy had numerous holiday decorations throughout the house, including a beautiful tree, which really added to the ambience. The kids and I loved having the faux fireplace on while we watched a Christmas movie one night. Even the couch was comfortable! The neighborhood is in transition and she disclosed that fact up front, but at no point did I, nor my children, feel unsafe. The cul-de-sac the house is on is surrounded by other homes that have been renovated. The location was an easy drive to everything we wanted to visit. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Gray Gables!

Home has all the little things that other rentals don't have. The things that make it more comfortable. Home is clean and very well decorated. The tv room is set up for family to curl up and have a nice evening on the very comfortable furniture. The kitchen has excess of everything having all you need to cook a great meal for everyone. Would stay there again.

Family and friends rented 4 of her houses for my daughters weekend destination wedding in chattanooga and the houses were perfect. Clean, well, stocked, and very comfortable. This is our 2nd time staying and will be our only choice of accommodations from now on

We had a great stay. Initially we were surprised by the neighborhood until we realized that Tammy was a one woman gentrification team! The house was perfect! Great location for all our sightseeing. It was very clean and also well equipped for our needs. Our only complaint was that we didn't give ourselves more time there. We could have used 2 or 3 more days. Next time...

Wonderful stay at Tammy's in Chattanooga. All the amenities you could ask for. Dogs loved it as well. Spent every evening on the front porch enjoying the cool breezes. Highly recommend.

We stayed 2 nights on a girls trip with all of our kids. It was fantastic! The place was so clean, I’m so glad because I have a little one crawling everywhere. The kids loved playing with all the toys provided. We were so thankful for the high chair provided also!
The place was beautiful with flowers and a perfect front porch we all sat out on. The play gym was great for the kids.
