Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Lanta Emerald! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach unschlagbar, und die coole Strandbar, die mit dem Hotel zusammenarbeitet, sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Ein großes Dankeschön an Ron, der uns bei der Buchung von Ausflügen und unserem Weitertransport super geholfen hat – er war immer für uns da! Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und boten alles, was wir brauchten. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die großartigen Massagen, die perfekt zur Entspannung beigetragen haben.

Les bungalows sont parfaits, vue piscine, juste en face d'une magnifique plage, avec restaurant/bar ouvert toute la journée. Possibilité de louer des scooters et un service de pressing est disponible.
Simple suggestion, un rideau de douche serait appréciable pour éviter de mettre de l'eau partout.

It's a good location. Nice bar. Staff is very friendly and the massages are very nice.
Loads of (loud) children. Hard bed. Only a few beds at the pool that were always occupied by families. WiFi did not work in the room (several routers) but was very good at reception and bar. Honestly, It didn't feel as a three star place but rather two.

Sehr freundliches, herzliches Personal. Vom Eigentümer selber immer gute Tipps bekommen und hat uns bei stürmischen Wetter vom Schnorchelausflug abgeraten, obwohl er wahrscheinlich damit Geld verdient hätte. Restaurant sehr lecker. Bar gemütlich und perfekt zum ausspannen und zum Sonnenuntergang genießen. Massage war auch meistens super dort, außer es musste jemand externes einspringen. Rollerverleih, Transfers, Wäscherei alles problemlos und bequem möglich.
Baden im Meer leider nur bei Flut möglich, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Es hätte allerdings am Strand und am Pool die ein oder andere Sitzgelegenheit mehr sein dürfen. Das Bad war schön geräumig, allerdings der Platz sehr schlecht genutzt. Mini Waschbecken mit Wasserhahn vorne. Generell fehlten ein paar Haken um Sachen aufzuhängen im Zimmer, oder ein Stuhl/Kommode, woan etwas zwischen ablegen kann.

Le resort est situé directement sur la plage, et a son propre restaurant. On a l'impression que la plage devant l'hôtel est privée. Elle a l'avantage d'être ombragée le matin.

Accueil par Ron et son équipe excellent
Le jardin pourrait être mieux entretenu.
L'hôtel pratique le développement durable mais les conteneurs de récupération des bouteilles en plastique et verre sont placés devant les chambres.

We had a hotelroom with AC (not a bungalow) cause we booked the day before and there werent any bungalows left.
Our room was quite basic but it has everything you need. There's also a blacony with a nice view at the resort garden.

Very spacious property and rooms. Restaurant on site. Nice pool & able to watch the sunset from the hotel which is a bonus if you don’t feel up to leaving the hotel.
We opted for a room with fan but I think it could be beneficial to maybe have a small fridge in those rooms? Was a bit inconvenient not having one as water would go warm very quick.

Nice location beachside, with bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Toilet didn’t flush. Bathroom dimly lit and didn’t feel super clean. The grounds needed maintaining a bit better, there was a plastic recycling right outside our bungalow which made it feel a bit shabby.

The location right on the beach is lovely, and looked like a nice pool. However, that is about it.
The room we stayed in looked and felt like a prison. Bare concrete floor, uncomfy bed and lumpy pillows. Dirt and other unknown marks all over the walls. Not to mention the ant infestation. We could only stay for one night out of the three we booked before we had to move to a different hotel. Would NOT recommend, our room did not look like the photos. Maybe we were unlucky as pictures looked good, but would not recommend based on our experience.

The staff were great at lanta emerald the owner is very friendly and was always there to help with anything we needed. We stayed here as a couple it had everything we needed the location is great right on the beach. There is a restaurant here with delicious food and big menu and a bar next door, There is a massage area in the corner of the premises also ehich is super convenient. Although we were a couple here and enjoyed it, It is the perfect place for familys.

Amazing welcome and help from Ron every day! We booked the basic room which was simple but large and great value for money. The room was super clean and the ladies came round to clean regularly. Location was perfect - right next to a lovely beach with a great, chill bar and restaurant on site. Thanks Ron!

An erste Stelle steht definitiv Run der Manager vom Hotel. Er ist so freundlich, nett und bei jedem Anliegen hat er eine Lösung. Zweitens das Personal ALLE. Es ost so wichtig freundlich am Morgen begrüsst zu werden, oder das sie Wissen was du benötigst. Drittens: Unser Bungalow war super. Habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen, wie in diesen 19 Nächten. Und zum Schluss: das Essen im Restaurant. Egal welches Essen wir gegessen haben, alles schmeckte SUPER
Das passiert selten, aber für diese Preis/Leistung habe ich überhaupt nichts zu reklamieren.

The only thing going for this place was the location.
This property was far below expectations. The bed had pee stains on it and it smelled. There were ant and cockroaches in the room. The bathroom sink was so high my tall 8 year old could not wash his hands or brush his teeth. The beds were extremely hard. Might as well have slept on the floor. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. There are many other places just down the street that I would recommend trying out. This place is not worth the money.

Great location, close to lots of good restaurants and 7-eleven (approx. 10 min walk). It's directly at the beach, which is great. The staff was really nice.
Next time I would book a bungalow for just a little more but if you're on a budget, it's okay for a night or two. However, we had two bugs on the bed, which is normal in warm countries in combination with doors that do not end directly with the floor but it was still an unpleasant surprise.

The bungalows are in a great location, directly on the beach and only a 5minute walk to the road where there are some excellent restaurants.
The room had a small fridge, kettle and aircon.
It was very quiet at night which we loved.
Ron was excellent and very friendly, he helped us book a trip and a boat for our onward journey.
The mattress was very hard and whilst I prefer a hard mattress this was too much.

The resort is owned and run by a fantastic family who are there to help and ensure your time with them is enjoyable. The on-site restaurant food is very tasty and the cocktails from the bar are also as nice. I would totally recommend staying here if you like conversation, smiles and a relaxing time
