Rooms are somewhat cozy compared to other properties I visited. All worked in the room! Nice terrace spaces. Large pool 24 h open, with bar and restaurant service from 7:30 to 22:00, which makes your holiday comfortable if you look for easy accessibility of this service versus your room. Beach at a very short walkable distance with various bars. The hotel is in a compound with villas, there’s security at the entrance. Great simple restaurant just across the Main Street. When I visited, the property was fully booked and filled with Finnish and other Scandinavian families.

Missing air dryer, we had to requested at the reception. 2000thb deposit in cash at arrival. In the room I’ve stayed, the castle bed is in the middle of the corridor, right next to the bathroom door, kind of a funny way to max out rooms occupancy.

La sympathie et la réactivité du personnel : nous remercions plus spécialement Hang pour sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur. Le cadre de l’hôtel est incroyable, accès à la piscine directement de notre terrasse. L’accès à la plage en moins de 5 minutes. L’appartement est bien équipé et grand.

Kurz und knackig Es geht um Apartment 202 1 Stern: Für Thomas, den Besitzer. Er hat versucht die Probleme zu managen und war sehr freundlich und professionell. Er hat das Herz am rechten Fleck. Er lies unser Zimmer nochmals reinigen was im Endeffekt nicht wirklich gereinigt war. Er gab uns auch 2 Bier und entschuldigte sich mehrmals. 2 Stern: Die Lage und das Äußerliche Erscheinungsbild der Anlage. Pool ist auch schön.

0 Sterne: Die Mitarbeiterin „Jaa“ war einer der unfreundlichsten und unprofessionellsten die wir jemals begegnet sind. Sie ist so arrogant und lacht über Kunden. Sie kann überhaupt nicht mit Problemen umgehen - stattdessen dreht sie sich um sagt „bye“ und geht. Als bei unserer Dusche das Wasser nicht abfließen konnte „reparierte“ die Mitarbeiterin Jaa dies mit einem Ess Messer aus unserer Küche. Was soll man noch sagen dazu. 0 Sterne: Sauberkeit ist in diesem Apartment nicht zu erwarten. Die Küche stinkt nach Abfluss, wir hatten in 3 Tagen 3 Kakerlaken in der Küche, das Bad war dreckig und abgeranzt, die Küchenutensilien wie Kaffeemaschine und Mixer müssen einfach erneuert werden.. 0 Sterne: Es sind zusätzliche Kosten entstanden beim einchecken von denen wir alle nichts wussten (stand bei Booking nicht drin) wir mussten für 3 Nächte ungerechnet im vorraus 25€ bezahlen für Strom und Wasser. Im gesamten: Als Pärchen die Ruhe möchten nicht zum empfehlen- es sind viele Familien mit Kindern da, dementsprechend sehr laut. Zudem wurden in der Zeit wo wir dort waren Bauarbeiten getätigt- direkt über uns. Der Besitzer ist wie schon geschrieben sehr nett und respektvoll. Die Mitarbeiter bräuchten vielleicht nochmal eine Einweisung in Sachen Empathie, Respekt und Professionalität. Wir mussten uns auch an Booking wenden. Und wenn man gern mit Kakerlaken zusammenlebt - ist es ok.

Kurz und Knapp: (Apartment 204) Personal sehr respektlos und unfreundlich. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme mit den Preis. In Booking stand beim buchen ein anderer preis als verlangt war in der Anlage. Beim versuchen eine Lösung zu finden wurden wir vom Personal belächelt und bekamen patzige Antworten. Eine Mitarbeiterin ist mitten im Gespräch einfach gegangen und hat die Augen verdreht. Eine Entschuldigung haben wir nie erhalten. Es wurde sich nicht um die Gäste gekümmert. Im Apartment wird auch nicht auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Wie in den Bildern zu sehen waren leere Shampoo Flaschen von den vorherigen Gäste da gelassen und anscheinend nicht geputzt. Möbel verschmutzt und teils kaputt. Küchenutensilien waren nicht zu benutzen da sie verdreckt und teils verrostet waren. Dazu hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen im ganzen Apartment. Besitzer Thomas war bei uns und hat sich entschuldigt und nochmals eine Reinigung versprochen (diese war leider nur oberflächlich). Er war wirklich höflich und respektvoll. Dennoch würde ich diese Anlage nie wieder buchen!

This is more of an Airbnb. They provide one roll of toilet paper then it’s up to you, we spent 8 days. They only clean once during your stay.

Everything is fine ! The rooms are clean and bright. The staff is very friendly and ready to answer all questions! Special attention deserves a stunning view of the sea and sunset from the private roof of a 3-bedroom room.

The pool directly in front of the appartment and a big house with good beds.

It wasn't clean, the curtens where to short and not wide enough, lights weren't working, the dishwasher was dirty, rusty and smelled terrible, the kitchen itself was verry dirty (stains everywhere and sticky closets). The outside couch was broken, the chair in the livingroom was broken, there was a lekage of water when it rained and other stuf was broken. After mentioning this at the management, they didn't come up with a solution but instead said thanks to us for the information. That's it! We mentioned that we want a solution but we again get a thanks for the information, even when we showed him what was wrong.
