The service of the management company and the immediate response for anything that brought to their attention
The dog of the neighbor who was barking when you walked in front of their house... but nothing to do with the host and the house!!

- the fact that it was not directly by the street, it was in the back of a short alley, so it was quiet
- there was a field nearby and the wind brought a lot of red dust in the yard and also inside.
