Very comfortable apartment with everything you need. They even had some breakfast foods and snacks, milk and orange juice. Very thoughtful. We got a great restaurant recommendation, but beware Americans, most places don't start serving dinner until 9 PM. Great stay and loved Cuenca!

There are a lot of steps up to the apartment, so beware if you have heavy luggage. Of course, that was a personal thing, not the apartment's fault.

Absolutely gorgeous little apartment. It’s small and a studio but very light and airy with high ceilings and exposed beams. We want to live here! Beautiful spot with views of neighbouring roof tops. Nice and warm even though it was cold outside. Lock box for the keys which always makes check in easier inky opinion!

The flat was slightly worse for wear- nothing major but little things like the toilet flush was a bit broken, the bath used to have jets buttery didn’t work. Not a big deal. We loved it.

Far less than ad on booking.com. It is off season but poor maintenance all over. Spider web over the rafter, dust lumps, messed bath room stuffs etc. No way to get useful local info. Nothings around to buy or get things. They need to be improved .

The instruction was detailed and accurate

It was such a lovely place to stay. The parking garage is just close by, but if you have many and or heavy luggages, dropping them off first would be wise. When we arrived the apartment was already warm, had all the amenities we needed and there were even fruits and some bread and also some Spanish pastries we could eat for breakfast. The house was quaint and lovely. Perfect for our family of four. We would love to stay there again if we ever come back.
