O restaurante é o ponto alto da pousada,. Ótimo café da manhã, e excelentes sugestões para o jantar, com preços normais, de mercado. A lojinha dos ursos também é fantástica, com boas sugestões e excelente atendimento. Aliás, todos são prestativos na pousada.
Talvez a pousada pudesse oferecer um ponto de conivência, com bar e TV; também poderiam aquecer a piscina próxima ao restaurante, oferecendo mais uma opção aos hóspedes.

- As instalações do hotel são muito bonitas e elegantes
- Tudo é muito limpo e organizado
- Quarto aconchegante, cama maravilhosa
- A comida estava deliciosa (principalmente o mix de churrasco e o gateau da cafeteria)
- As piscinas são ótimas, especialmente a que é climatizada
- Atendimento excelente
- Salão de jogos bem legal, incluso na diária, adorei a cadeira de massagem para relaxar
- Os preços dos restaurantes são justos e não abusivos.
- A limpeza da banheira deixou muito a desejar, quando ligávamos a hidromassagem, saia um cheiro ruim muito forte.
- A água da banheira de hidromassagem saia limpa, mas com cor amarronzada.
- Pelo nível do hotel, acho que o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de coisas salgadas, faltaram itens como carne seca desfiada, cuscuz, quiche, torta, etc. Nos vídeos do Instagram mostrava que tinha waffles e lá na hora não tinha, apesar de ter muitas opções de doces.

An amazing playground room for the kids if it’s rainy day it’s perfect .
Lovely staff. They’re helpful and kind.
Shower didn’t have hot water in the first day and it was a bit long to find a solution. ( a staff came promptly but didn’t manage to solve it for the same day)

the room was unpleasant. the shower was ridiculous, cold and almost without water. There is a useless and ugly Kitchen in the room. the couch smelled bad.

noisy windows by the pool that you can hear anything inside, gym was small and outdated, breakfast was all right.

Really nice pools and nice restaurant.
We were next to the gym and pool .Worker could be heard are 6 am and kids by 7 am . I think kids should not be allowed in all pools .

Parking is difficult and the room was small but comfortable

Breakfast was great and quick to serve. Room with good size, showers great, lots os pools and gym is also of good size. Some rooms have private pools whats is really nice and very different.
The parking lot is inside the premisses taking a lot os space. Kids were walking and running between the cars to reach the pool.

Excellent Hotel and Staff
This is one if the best hotel,Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional, special thanks to Fernanda as she speak english and help us and also thanks to Talita as well
