Par contre, problèmes de navettes. Notre avion arrivant à 23 h et le temps de récupérer les valises, la dernière navette de 23 h 26 était déjà partie. Des travaux ayant commencé 8 jours au paravent, aucune indication pour trouver leur emplacement. Cinq taxis ont refusé de nous prendre en charge car course trop près et pas assez rentable !!!! En arrivant enfin à l'hôtel, plus de réception, il a fallu faire fonctionner un appareil qui nous a facturé un animal alors que nous n'en avions pas et il a fallu se faire rembourser le lendemain matin. Nous sommes rentrés dans notre chambre à 1 h 30 du matin !!!!! Dommage !

Suite arrivée tardive, absence de signalisation du numéro des chambres, il faut prendre l ascenseur pour savoir où se trouve la chambre. Petit déjeuner pas extra. Chambre avec store cassée laissant passer la lumière.

When checking out there was no one at the reception desk. We thought breakfast was free so when we walked out the front desk lady was there and demanded payment for breakfast.

Reasonable rate and close to the airport for an overnight stay

Communication was lacking. I reached out prior to the date to inquire about the location of the free shuttle but did not get a response. We arrived very late in the evening and ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. There was a long queue for taxi services hence our late arrival. The check-in process was stressful as we were unfamiliar with the electronic check in. It would have been better if more details were provided ahead of time to minimize the stress and confusion

No air conditioning

I was listed with air conditioning but it wasn’t working the couple hours that we stayed for the night.
