location is right in the middle of town

the room was small and reminded me of a prison cell. booked a month long stay and only used the room for storage. room was not cleaned at all during my stay

The guesthouse is located centrally and everything is just a short walk away, bars, restaurants of any kind, convenience stores, tour desks, massage, the beach.... Friendly staff who also works the attached bar. The room is simple but clean and functional.

You don't hear the music from the guesthouses bar, but as much as I like the bar next door, its music is audible all night long. Not very loud, but audible. If you are a light sleeper, a set of earplugs will be helpful during some of the nights.

After reading old reviews, I had low expectations. The truth is, it's a nicely sized room with complementary soap, toilet paper, bottles of water, and towels. The bed is comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Check-in was simple and easy. Great location: the beach is 3 minutes away and there are lots of nearby places to eat.

The bedding had a small stain on, as well as a few hairs.

The staff was just amazing👍. Location was just perfect. Felt very well taken care of, and really hope I get back there next year.

Everything perfect in this guesthouse, nice and clean. Good location for resturants and walk around. Every staffs are friendly and good laugh. We actually enjoyed to stay there. 😊

Just only the bed that we aint like. The pillows too soft to sleep. It make us hard to move in the bed, back and body pain when we get up. But otherwise,everything really nice

Very nice accomodation in the centre of the Kai Bae town, with less than a 10 minute walk to a quiet awesome long beach. Many restaurants surrounding the accomodation. Room is decent, with refrigerator, bathroom, tv, remote controlled airco and fan. Especially the airco-fan combo has been strategically well placed. All staff is very friendly, especially each and every of the guesthouse girls at the bar. They will be happy to entertain and help you day and night, and play games with you. Make sure to buy them some drinks in return, as that is their only source of monetary income despite full time service provision. Special mention goes to Daw, who kept showing off her tremendous smile and made my stay unforgettable.

Bed felt hard at first, but that seems to be the standard in Thailand. After getting used to it, the bed was very comfortable. Bed is king sized, but only a single duo-blanket instead of 2 separate ones. Bathroom is very basic and small, with the shower often raining on the toilet, and the sink being placed in the room.
