Excellent location right in the heart of the town and historic nature of the town and the building. We had lovely country views. We didn’t meet any staff so can’t comment on that. Had to navigate getting in with the code which took a little while since we are not tech savvy. Loved the historic village.

Difficult to get to since you had to carry all your luggage, but we knew that, and understand the importance of keeping the historic city charm, so just carried backpacks. Could have had more specific info on the parking situation.

I had excellent communication before our visit regarding where to have dinner, breakfast and parking.  We were not familiar with ZTL zones, but eventually worked out to park just off to the left of the avenue of trees where the café is at the Belvedere over the bridge.  There is only one parking machine that does €5/night tickets.  Unfortunately we had a problem with the room allocated to us, but after a couple of messages this was quickly resolved by the host and we were very grateful for the change.  The room was fabulous,  warm, snuggly towels, comfortable bed, great views and so quiet.  It really is a unique room in a unique place.  It's a little tricky to get there, but really worth the effort.

Well, the bridge is fairly steep, but as the host suggested, take the minimum needed for your stay.

The location is beyond expectation. It is very clean and quiet. It is definitely a great place for people seeking a quiet and peaceful vacation. The atmosphere is amazing, very unique and difficult to find the same again.

It can be tricky to find the property, and it would definitely be helpful if there are more picture of the house from outside and directions to the property. Besides, the shower head was not working very well but the bath is great.

The location was great and uniqe. The owner is friendly. The city isn't crowded at this time (spring)

The breakfest was few and very simple whitout variety. You have to prepare a long walk with your package (800m uphill), because the place cannot be reached by car

Beautiful property in the main square of the town. Beautiful views and lovely room. Really cannot fault the property or the host in any way. The breakfast was served in the cafe just outside of the property. Really pleasant stay in a lovely little town. Car parking was provided just at the other side of the footbridge and the host guided us in on the phone.

Wonderful place inside Civita. Stay here if you want to see the old town in the night. The place i simple but you will find everything you need: toilet, shower, WiFi, comfortable bed.

Host was very kind. Great location. Extremely comfortable bed. Awesome style.
