You have to do something about the smell from the downstairs toilet. The guys at Wonderful Italy said it was something to do with the storm about to hit. However you have to make people aware of this.

Sleeping with the sound of waves... Breakfast on the terrace with a view on Boccadasse and the sea.... Having the possibility to cook, but not using that possibility because there are plenty of restaurants and bars in strolling distance. Taking a swim at dawn or dusk, or anytime between the two. The apartment is very comfortable for four, but can host six adults if needed.

Location location location. This apartment is right on the beach. It is also big, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It is stylish and large, and every window looks at the sea. The sheets and towels were good quality, there was a washing machine and a clothes drying rack, and A small grocery store was a short walk away. The WiFi worked great, and the bedrooms were air conditioned with good quality windows for quiet.

The upstairs bathroom had some plumbing issues, which I hope can be repaired. The kitchen was small and not very well equipped. Plan accordingly. The main floor has a musty smell.
