Staff, bathroom, size of the room and the fact that you can park on the street and is cheaper

Very nice, helpful staff. New refurbished dining area, very nice, fresh breakfast. Rooms are not newest with high standard but are clean. Big plus for air conditioning- we wouldn’t survive heatwave without that. Great location, very close to beach and accessible within public transport for best city spots.

Rooms are old, but clean

We got a totally new room with a nice bathroom and a very compfy bed. In a, 3* hotel it is very good. The breakfast was very good, nice focicca cheese and ham and also good cafe. The location is also very good.

Room was really small. Parking is also small, you have to leave the car keys for thhe organisation.

Newly renovated, ver clean and amazing staff!

Friendly staff, modern & clean room and nice to have private parking space. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the old city center but also nearby the Corso Italia boulevard which is a good location for running without crossings/traffic lights (many runners are there).

My room had no desk and wifi/internet was unfortunately not working (after consulting with staff it is a known problem, they are working to resolve it).

Renovated rooms, good location, 24 hours bakery nearby, secured parking, good breakfast.

No wifi in our 2nd floor renovated room, no shower curtain in the bathroom and no mirror in the room hence to get ready you have to walk in the wet bathroom.

The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, very clean, good location, breakfast was ok (very good coffee)

The Italian people were very good in helping the visitors, especially Genoa people they are so Freindly and helpful.

There are no variety of food especially the vegetables, mostly are pizza and rarely seafood available.

The staff was extremely kind, helpful and professional. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent. The room had a nice view. Private parking.

The room was quite small

Friendly staff, good breakfast. The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel is situated in an area where you can quickly grab something nice to eat or walk towards the old town.

The parking situation is madness, but typical for the area. The staff is not very fluent in any language other than Italian, even English was difficult with several staff members. Our keycard door from the staircases to the hotel lobby didnt work, so we were stuck once until a passerby happened to open the alternative door to the street for us. The nightlife was very loud even though our windows were closed.

Very nice staff I think is run by family. Very nice and friendly.

Missing some vegetables like tomatoes or cucumber in breakfast.
