Mislead , fraudulent description

Perfect location at the beachfront!

Very bad sour-, cheesy-, vomiting-like smell in the apartment that caused us headaches!

We have no idea as we could not get access and ended up booking into the IBIS hotel after waiting for 55 minutes outside and 3 phone calls we never got in, the on call person said he had spoken to the local rep who was supposed to ring us after waiting 15 mins we rang back and he was shocked that she had not called but assured us she was coming after a further 25 mins we gave in as we had driven for 8 hours already and just needed some food and a bed!!!!!!!!!!!

Keys were there

Appartment had no electricity at arrival (due to an insistent electical problem). Even though Evancy was friendly in communication, it took over 2 hours to get resolved and we had to put in a lot of effort to get someone there on a Friday night. We were in a dark cold appartment waiting for over 2 hours with our young child before someone helped us to another appartment. If it'd taken another 30 mins we would have left. Would have been polite from Evancy to present a form of compensation besides an apology, which didn't happen, but ok.

Amazing location for the beach

Perfect for our one night, but wouldn't fancy staying there for more than a few nights as a small apartment

We loved the spotlessly clean, spacious and well-appointed apartment. The available free parking right outside the apartment was perfect. Despite being so close to the seafront the area was quiet at night too.

There was no WiFi available when we stayed there.

Clean, nice place, good located.

We were unable to fold the folding bed. Coffee machine needed de-scaling. Had to re-start 6 or 7 times for a full pot.
