L’appartement loué était celui en terrasse avec belle vue et spa , mais ce n’était pas très propre et des odeurs étaient présentent .

Room design and the terrace view. Frienly staff, they applied a 30% discount to the parking ticket. Breakfast was only 5 eur/person. We also had coffee capsules in the room.

A bad smell from the toilet in the entire room. The location is not that close to the city centre.

Quarto muito diferente das fotografias que estão no site. Pequeno, apertado e pouco confortável. Estacionamento longe e ninguém nos informou que havia desconto para os clientes do hotel, por isso pagámos a tarifa normal.

The location was beautiful.

Because there were no signs directing you to the entrance, it was a bit difficult to find. There were dogs roaming around - one even ate our breakfast when we turned our backs.

Air conditioning. Comfortable.

Could have had a mini-fridge to put a water bottle. It’s insanely hot.

We asked for an early check in, that was approved. Between 1pm and 2.we arrived at 1.05pm the receptionist was not happy and very unfriendly and insisted we go away and return later. That spoiled our

Although we paid this hotel we decided not to stay there because it doesn´t meet our requirements - location, quality of accomondation etc. For us it was nasty.

Room was very spacious with large bathroom, nice little terrace to enjoy. Great location for walking around this lovely town. Short walk from car park where hotel has an arrangement, good instructions.

The three flights of stairs a bit unexpected.

Very clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly but doesn't speak English and was a bit difficult to communicate, apart from this all good.

The terrace has been amazing and we have had the possibility to have an aperitivo at sunset and the breakfast at sunrise. Gorseous!! The room was nice and clean.

due to an internet mis connection I unluckily booked two rooms instead of one and was very disappointed that this was not accepted and my money was not refunded.

A much warmer room (we visited in January). There was no shower, only a bath - not pleasant. Breakfast was not appetizing. Breakfast room was cold. Balcony room was very cold.

it s well placed. it s got a great terrasse with an amazing view.

I didn’t expect the room to be so small. the shower didn’t work so I was stuck having ti take a bath in the tiny tub!!! the shower curtains fell on me also and the bathroom wasn’t extremely clean, found a plastic wrapper on the floor. room for progress!

There's no hot water for shower and if you report it they can't do anything for you. They also argue about it saying other guests aren't complaining but sends no one to your room to test it. We asked for a discount seeing that we couldn't use the shower but also none was granted. The handles of the doors to the rooms are faulty and you have to call reception every time to come open your room door for you. Some other guests complained about the 30 plus stairs you have to take with your suitcases to get to your room. We had two rooms in the hotel with the same issues. Room 202 & Room 203

Spacious room :very well located, clean and confortable. And breakfast is available for 5 euros and it is very good, with bread, jamon, Orange Juice and coffee. Staff is also Nice and friendly

The staff was wonderful-kind and very helpful. Rooms were great-very clean. Good location. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
