Reviewer Comments: We were extremely disappointed with the service that was given by the rental company. We had no working TV service for the entire week. We called or emailed every day of our stay. We were never given service. We also did not have air conditioning for two days and never received a service call. The floor was extremely slick and could definitely use rugs throughout the condo. Kitchen was very well stocked and view was great. Hot water took a very long time to get hot. Would not rent from again.

My husband and I rented this condo for the week of Thanksgiving for ourselves and our parents. The condo was absolutely perfect! Each couple had ample privacy with a bathroom in each bedroom, the kitchen was perfect for cooking a big meal and the balcony had enough seating for everyone to enjoy the view. The complex is very well maintained. I will book this condo again!

Location

We went to PCB for my daughters wedding. We had family, and lifelong friends with us. We all stayed at Watercrest so it was very convenient. Our unit provided plenty of space, beautiful views and having 3 bed and 3 bathrooms made our stay super comfy! Would definately rent here again.

Great location and gorgeous views. Just needs some improvements: the floors had sand all over them, the walls need to be cleaned and painted, kitchen cabinets needs to be cleaned and painted, the couch needs to be moved and swept/mopped under due to a lot of sand under them, the air vents needs to be cleaned, the ceiling tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced due to a leak. Extra toilet paper and trash bags and a rug in the living room would be helpful. Overall not a bad place to stay, would stay here again.

We had a great vacation, overall we were pleased. We saw a few things that could be updated but it didn’t interrupt our vacation.

I don’t normally do reviews but this condo warrants one. We arrived on Saturday at around 3:30. Initially entering I could see it wasn’t very clean. There was food on the floor around the table and the rug in front of the sink was sopping wet. There was so much sand on the floor I was slipping with my shoes on. The guest bedroom with the queen beds had empty bags of snacks under the beds. The bathroom across the hall had a clogged tub drain and water was over your ankles when you showered. The towel bar fell off the wall when we tried to put a towel on it. The primary bedroom on the left side didn’t have clean sheets. This was discovered when we pulled back the sheets to go to bed and there was so much sand and a couple seashells. The primary on the right had mold in the shower. The lounge chair on the balcony had a massive hole in it as if someone had stood on it. We found underwear on the floor in the main area. The washer had active mold growing in it. I contacted Emerald Coast Destinations by email the next day (Sunday)and they did respond. They offered to have someone come to clean but we cleaned, laundered the bedding and unclogged the drain(lots of hair and sediment). They said they would contact maintenance for the other issues and get back to me. Monday mid day when the baby was napping a maintenance person did come unannounced and replaced the chair and put the towel bar back up. I truly am not that picky. This place was just crazy dirty.

This place was great everything was close and the view of the ocean was spectacular! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time at the Watercrest. The condo was fantastic, the water was fantastic and the weather was fantastic. Property itself is my favorite so in PCB. Fantastic for families

The property was very nice and located right on the beach. The check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. We stayed fairly hot inside, as the air conditioner wasn’t very cold and we weren’t allowed to turn the thermostat below 72 degrees, so we had to run fans nonstop, but two fans were provided with the condo. Overall awesome stay and we had so much fun!

Sand on floor, furniture, and countertops. Decorated nicely. Good location. Appliances looked new. Third bathtub must leak; had plastic wrap on faucet. Did not use. Bathrooms need fans.

The company that manages these properties does a poor job cleaning them. The floors were filthy. Dirt and sand everywhere as soon as we walked in. I don’t think they even cleaned it. It is frustrating going on vacay to check into a dirty room. They shouldn’t charge a cleaning fee, as I ended up sweeping and cleaning the floors on my vacay! Would like my cleaning fee returned.

We had a week stay in Room 1604. Our unit was well stocked, spacious, and clean. Definitely would recommend and we would stay here again.

Condo was beautiful, had everything we needed-and more, super clean!!

We enjoy staying on the less busy area so to us the location was superb. The views from the balcony & master bedroom were spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The property was beautiful and in a great location, the place was comfortable, but had some issues with communication with the manager. They took awhile to get back to Me about things needed during our stay, checkout procedures, and I had left a few items at the unit but had a lot of trouble getting in touch with anyone to try to get my stuff back(which I never did) even though I called within 30 minutes of leaving the unit.

We had a wonderful time at this property and plan to return.

A couple things need to be attended to in condo. But overall was great.

Several areas need attention. The floors were still Sandy when we arrived, we fixed the kitchen faucet and changed the hvac filters which were filthy, the cabinets and woodwork has discolored/worn areas throughout the condo, toaster doesn’t work, the glass casing for the spare bedroom light was broken and shoved in a drawer, towel rack in that spare bedroom was in the floor, and multiple items were left in drawers throughout the condo. The front left burner of the stove doesn’t heat properly. There was broken furniture on the balcony when we arrived also. There is definitely an issue with the cleaning.

Reviewer Comments: Constant issues either some or ALL elevators not working multiple days. That doesn't do well with a unit on the 16th floor. Unit is well decorated, but was not very clean; sandy floors, dirty walls, dirty utensil drawers, broken toaster, dishwasher water line was disconnected (we connected it), closets with piles of dirty blankets,mop buckets, etc. We would not stay here again.
