The location was great. The room was spacious with lots of storage and an enormous TV! There was a drying rack on the balcony which was really useful. The pool area was peaceful with a covered BBQ. The security and gardeners were very helpful and friendly. There were 3 restaurants a pharmacy and other businesses in the complex. There was a free book library.

The traffic noise was noticeable until 11pm then it was quiet overnight.

Very easy to check in as was i contact with the owner via the Booking.com message about all the information before arriving. The security guide knew I was coming and gave me a property card to hold throughout the visit and check in and out. The room key was an easy access code. Perfect location! The property is right at the beach and 2 minute walk down the beach to main bars and restaurants. Having a car was useful since they had easily accessible free parking and can get to all the areas along the northern coast. Good AC, a comfortable bed, and hot water for showering. Overall great option.

Got a message for the property manager to pay for the accommodation the day after I checked in. It worked fine, but was sort of a weird way to pay.

Plenty of pools, but could only use the one in studio location. I like to mingle and meet other people. But rules are rules.

Everything!! Good size bedroom, clean, comfortable, good hot water and nice view from the balcony. Excellent communication from Dimitri and professional security team.
