Very well equipped, Large rooms, including bedrooms. , Comfy beds. Double handrails on stairs. Very close to shops. Good range of walks aroy.

House was a little chilly on first night, better on second.

We loved the cottage, cosy and warm. Fully enclosed outdoor area for our dog. Great area for walking beautiful countryside and good local pubs 3 or 4 in walking distance, Italian restaurant, cafe and bakery in village. Good Fish & Chip shop across road. So good rebooked a later date.

Good location to access weardale for walking. Surprisingly spacious accommodation with very well equiped kitchen. Excellent value for the price.

Angate cottage is a quaint, yet deceptively large cottage with plenty of space for a family of four. The kitchen is well equipped with essentials, from washing liquid to ketchup. Kevin even left a pint of milk in the fridge. All areas of the cottage were clean and tidy and the bedrooms were welcoming and comfortable. We arrived early evening and Kevin suggested the fish and chip shop over the road. It did not disappoint. My children loved the small selection of books and games supplied and both said how cosy their beds were. The reserved parking space out the front made life easy with luggage and the key safe made our arrival seamless. Overall it was a perfect home from home for our holiday.

I can honestly say we found no faults. It was super.

Surprisingly spacious, well-equipped and comfortable cottage. Wolsingham is a pretty little village with a nice dog walk virtually opposite the cottage. We enjoyed the log burner in the evening. The owner was very helpful.

The easy parking right outside. The character, size and space of the house and rooms. The way the kitchen was laid out was really nice with the sofas, great size kitchen table and big sliding glass doors out to the courtyard. Everything was there we needed. Great location in the village and handy for the local shops.

There were a couple of problems that were unable to be fixed for us when the items were needed. Owner is aware.

It was great to meet the owner to collect the keys and was very grateful he had thought to provide some fresh milk for our arrival as we had forgotten!

The owner had placed a plug in air freshener , however, on a personal note we found this to be extremely strong and even though this was unplugged by ourselves the smell maintained!

V.good. Local shop and cafe was more than sufficient for our home cooked breakfast.
