Very comfortable, the amenities were perfect
The construction work on the building....made it difficult to have any kind of a view

Perfect location, just a 3 minute walk to the train station at Kew Bridge and then overland to Waterloo in less than 30 minutes!
8.0 / 10.0
Clean and comfortable, with pretty much everything you need for a stay. Walking distance to a Sainsbury Local and just a few bus stops away from a large Morissons supermarket. Being close to bus stops made for easy access to tube and central London.
Wasn't much not to like really. Apartment was a bit small compared to what I'm use to and where i'm from, but is pretty standard size for UK/London in general, unless you fork out a lot more money.

The property was good, had all the we needed for our stay.
The property was good but before we arrived they changed the location we selected to another one near a highway which was very noisy

The location is excellent, serene and easy to navigate. It is closer to train stations, restaurants and supermarket.
The host is warm, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed excellent customer service. We arrived earlier than estimated and the host took care of us by getting us into a temporary flat before our flat was ready. Always responding to our requests and assisted us to ensure our stay was comfortable. I would recommend Kew apartment to anyone traveling and looking for short stay with all amenities and comfort.
The bed seems to be of a spring type. There should be an option to get a semi orthopedic bed for more spine comfort.

Very close to underground and bus stations. Many options of cafes, bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Large and extremely clean apartment with all the necessary utensils. Extremely kind and attentive hosts.

Management has gone AWOL or simply avoiding communication with me. They took payment in full (without giving me prior notice mind you) and then just recently claimed my card was invalid though my money is with them and left my account and a week later cancelled my reservation - this is 2 weeks before the date I’m supposed to be staying with family coming in from another country. I was in a lot of stress trying to contact them and booking.com customer service couldn’t get hold of them either. Useless. Now I’m stressing over finding a decent place to accommodate 7 people at a fair price. Tried to save money by booking early just for them to leave me high and dry. I do NOT recommend at all!!!

Ramona was an excellent communicator and helped us with all our questions! The apartment is well taken care of, clean, and safe. Nice having a secure parking garage. Great location: walkable to several pubs and restaurants; close to public transport at Kew Bridge and Gunnersbury stations. Very short walk to a Sainsbury grocery store and a Costa Coffee Shop. Comfortable beds, lots of space, large kitchen, great shower. Plenty of outlets. Nice having 2 bedrooms and two baths.
For four people, it would have been nice to have 2 extra chairs in the living room area; there’s only a sofa. Two nice balconies (3rd Floor view)…would be nice to have one or two chairs on the balcony. These items were not supplied: paper towels and box of tissues; bar soap in the bathrooms; rubbish bins in the bathrooms; no hand towels in bathrooms; no laundry detergent. Also, for 4 people we just had one key; would be nice to have one extra set.

The airbed in the sitting room was uncomfortable . Not enough spoons, forks, tea towel and crockery. WiFi not easy to assess .

Very spacious, clean and modern apartment, including the inside parking. All necessary equipment in the kitchen for comfortable cooking. Two bathrooms with very modern equipment. Nice view, nice area to live. Free passes to Kew Gardens. Comfortable connection to the city center (bus + metro). Grocery shop nearby.
Check-in and check-out process is not very straightforward.

I love everything about the apartment. It's really clean, comfortable, has everything we needed for the stay. Location close to station, bus stop, Sainsbury and so easy to find.
Ramona really ensured that our stay there were comfortable. She still provided us with parking permit although I informed her at a short notice. Thank you so much, Ramona.
Nothing.

It is a great location with good facility access to shop, transport and many other places. The facility was very clean and host responded very quickly. Host is very friendly and supported us with everything we needed to make our experience comfortable and memorable. We were also able to cook our own meals a when we felt like which means we had to get to the store a few times which was just within walking distance. As a family, we will certainly be coming back!

Beautiful warm flat, well equipped kitchen and comfy bed.
Unfortunately the shower didn’t work when we arrived and couldn’t be fixed for our weeks stay, which made getting ready for work and washing/ rinsing my hair a long drawn out process.
It would also been very helpful if there was a manual for the oven / microwave as it was very complicated to use.
Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

We rented 2 apartments for my family. They were in a good location for getting into London, very close to the train station and bus stop.
The apartments are quite new and they were very clean when we arrived.
IF you get a parking space in the car park, it's very secure. The apartments themselves are quite spacious.
Unfortunately there was more wrong with our stay than right.
The first problem was that 3 hours before we were due to arrive, we were told that we now only had free parking for one car not two and that we would have to park the other car 5 minutes down the road in a Travel Lodge car park for £8 per day! I had specifically asked, 4 days before we arrived, that we had free parking for both cars, which I was assured we did. When I questioned this with Ramona (not sure if she's the owner or what), I was basically told its not their problem and that I was being funny when I told her they'd have to reimburse us!?
The next problem was getting into the building. We were initially told to ring an hour before and they would meet us outside with the key. I was then told just before we got there that I needed to ring 2 different flats on the intercom and they'd let us in. They didn't. One of them had no idea what I was talking about. Eventually, after about 15 minutes of standing outside, with my family including young child, someone let us in.
When we finally got in, we quickly realised that one of the apartments really wasn't equipped at all. There was 4 of us staying in there and there wasn't enough crockery for us all. We were lucky if there was 4 of everything, but that was it. No grill tray, no oven tray, only one small saucepan, 2 wine glasses, 3 drinking glasses. It wasn't great at all.
We also couldn't control the heating, it wouldn't change to a lower setting so the bedrooms were ridiculously hot. The sofa was incredibly hard, you wouldn't want to sit on it for long. There was no welcome pack so we had no idea what to do with the rubbish or how to work anything. Never saw any tickets to Kew Gardens anywhere so that was a complete lie.
Basically, staying at these apartments was the worst experience I've ever had with anything booked through Booking.com.

Had to wait for a guest to come out before i could gain access

Good location with easy train access and very nice walking routes along the Thames. Good sized apartment with good views. Quiet apartment block that felt safe and in a family friendly area. Close to Heathrow airport which was a real bonus.
The property did not have any hot water during the majority of our stay. This was apparently a known and ongoing issue that was not communicate to us before arriving. We had small children and had to make do with cold showers / using kettle boiled water for bath. The property owner did nothing to help on this matter.
The property we stayed in (14 Easton House, Herritage Walk) was not one of the properties in the pictures shown on booking.com. The apartment we stayed in had many stains on the carpets and walls and looked quite tired, certainly nothing like the pictures.
As part of the booking, we asked for a high chair for our baby and the owner instructed us to collect it from their neighbour. The neighbour could only find 2 of the 4 legs, so we could not use the high chair. In the end, we had to feed our baby on our lap / on the floor during our stay.
The microwave and oven did not work as there seemed to be an issue, which meant we needed to heat food on the stove.
Midway through our stay, the owner mysteriously claimed we were a ‘no show’ at the property, despite us being in communication regarding the lack of hot water. We had to take photos of ourselves in property and send to booking.com as proof of our stay (to avoid paying a no show penalty fee). This was very frustrating, but again there was no explanation from the property owner. We were later told that this is typically done to prevent guests writing negative reviews as the booking becomes cancelled. Thankfully booking.com corrected this issue.
The property owner offered compensation for the lack of hot water, but as soon as we checked out, she ignored all my messages and did not compensate us at all.
Overall a very bad experience.

Very smart and spacious apartment in a beautiful spot close by the river and kew - handy Costa and Sainsbury. Secure garage underneath.
Balcony and view were good but too hot to use (40+)
We visited at time of record breaking heat - 40+ - heavy drapes in the lounge would help - a chiller unit was provided which was very effective but meant the balcony door had to be open - suggest fitting a permanent vent

The building is almost new.
The neighborhood is quiet.
The equipments of the apartment are very good.

location to Kew
modern and a fitted to a very high standard

Bed was broken on one side which would have been obvious to the cleaner when making it on the day but it was left broken and either not reported or no action was taken .

Great location, apartment had everything you needed, staff were nice and helpful!
The Washer Dryer didn't dry, resorted to drying rack but wasn't all that bad

Nice entrance and property well set back from the road. Nice surprise to have complimentary entry to Kew Gardens
The iron left marks on a shirt for a wedding. Bottom of iron looked clean. A mirror in the second bedroom and lounge would have been helpful.

The apartment was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. Having an en suite as well as a separate toilet/shower room was very convenient.
There is a lift in the apartment block to the upper floors.
Kew gardens, the Thames Walk, and the National Archives are nearby.
Kew Bridge train station (about a 5 minute walk from the apartment) has regular trains to Waterloo - taking about 25-30 minutes.

Great location walked to Gunnersbury Station everyday to take ride to different areas of London. Lovely clean apartment. Well equipped. Appreciated the secure parking and the Kew access cards.
Angus enjoyed the outside space and the apartment had lovely neighbours too!
Nothing all was great!
