I loved the location. So close to shops and restaurants. A 5 min walk to train/tube station, so getting into London without using car was perfect. The host was always about if we needed anything and was very friendly and helpful.

It was slightly cold at first as the heating went through skirting boards but did take the chill off. Other than that it was perfect for us.

No breakfast but plenty of local cafes. Great location for Kew Gardens!

The bed, could feel the springs through the mattress topper.

Hade bokat med eget badrum men badrummet låg i korridoren, förvisso mitt eget men fick ändå gå ut i hallen för att nå det. Det kunde stått i informationen Trodde frukost ingick i ett bed and breakfast en det gjorde det inte men jag hade gärna fått använda köket om jag ville.

Right beside underground railway, noisy til 1am and again after 5am. Television didn't work. Generally scruffy room, and gardens.

Great location! The property is located very near the Kew Gardens (they are paid btw) which were gorgeous. The metro station is a 8 minute walk away from the property and you can get to central London in 45 minutes! Because of flight delays, we arrived past the 11PM check in limit but Geoff was very comprehensive and helpful in that regard!

Unpleasant. Listed as quad. Deceptive photos as pull out guest bed for 4th. Clearly two differing rooms in photos. Would not have booked with true photos/description. Mattress was just springs! Filthy rank blinds that you have no choice but to touch. Windows sealed or rotting, poor ventilation. Bathroom was filthy, half used shower gel left. Broken extracter, damp smell. Shower broken and constantly dripping. Way too much decrepid oversized furniture in small room. Not appropriate for a family. Wouldn't stay again, wouldn't recommend to anyone on any budget. Disappointing is an understatement. Second worst accommodation I've ever stayed in across the globe.

The property was untidy.

We actually took 2 separate rooms, one for my wife and I and another for our 3 children so there was plenty of room for all of us. The rooms are behind a large 2 story Victorian house in what was possibly originally a stable and are well appointed and finished. The location is a short walk from Kew Gardens tube station and even shorter walk to restaurants, pubs and shops.

Parking was a bit of a challenge - weekends are fine but weekdays you will have to pay for parking somewhere.

The room was compact but served its purpose. There was no breakfast involved which we knew when booking. The bed was comfortable. Geoff made us welcome.

There was only one chair to sit on when watching the TV or chatting etc.

The member of the staff made me wait for twenty minutes to check in. Moreover, the shower had a leaking part and we didn't get hot shower. I asked about it by texting, but the staff never replied me.

No breakfast supplied. Ground floor untidy and grubby. The room was clean but meagre. No mirror in bathroom, no bath mat, poor quality towels.

The property has a messy appearance inside and out. Website set up expectations that were not met. Clean room but inadequate otherwise.

There is no on site parking. If you're very lucky you can find a spot in the neighborhood, but your need to pay for a parking pass. And only a slim chance you'll find parking nearby. Also, I left an expensive item in my room which would have been very easy for host to return to me (I was more than happy to pay for postage and time). Tried reaching out multiple times for help. One brief response and then nothing.

Great location, quiet until trains started running early in the morning. Tea, coffee making facilities with biscuits.

Property did not feel well looked after, there was a mattress in the hallway and skip on the drive, the furniture in the bedroom looked like it would collapse if used.

Location is good, especially if you’re visiting Kew Gardens or on the move. But would probably not book again.

Hotel is a bit old and smudgy, needs an update! Even for the pricing I didn’t feel comfortable.

Clear water damage around the room and in the furniture. Lights broken in the bathroom. The first words out of the owners mouth was "Shut the front door"

very comfortable beds and linens. The host was nice and helped us with connecting to the wifi. We think there is need for a bathroom vent since there was mold on the ceiling and wall condensation that did not dry overnight.

No central heating (said to be broken) and only provide a small electric one which couldn’t barely heat up its surroundings! (lucky that the temperature didn’t drop below freezing when we stayed)
