Water park great for kids

Hotel outdated needs a full revamp, staff unfriendly and not helpful. Food not great either! Disappointed, I’d been here previously but standards have dropped since

the building and surrondings are fantastic just a shame the staff members dont make you feel welcome. they charge so much to visit this resort you will expect staff to be as valuable for their service as what they charge for their room per night.

food was very poor, full board didnt include drinks even thought this isnt mention at the time of booking. everything is extra charge once you get to the hotel, and service is so poor to the point of rude the way staff members talk to customers including children. they dont offer all inclusive to be book if you staying less that 2 nights and even though taking full board, customers with it wont be treated welcome and nicely. wont reccommend it to anyone and certainly doesnt fit a 4* description in any way just the building and location make it impress on arrival the rest dissapointment all the way.

The super friendly staff, all of them, the food selection of breakfast and Lunch (we didn’t have the option of dinner). Nice view with a cool pool, but it was cold so you do don’t stay a lot of time in there last week of May.

Decor in hotel was lovely and everything very clean. Good selection of pools.

Facilities too spread out, entertainment for adults was poor, food not very good.

Booking.com has let me down, I was careful reading all the small print as to what to expect during my stay, I was not aware that the water attractions would be closed until later in the year. The reason we chose the hotel was so my 2 year old daughter could play outside in the water as the weather was nearly 25’c all week. As a chef I noticed the food to be of average quality, I understand people eat as much as possible during a buffet, but using more fresh ingredients would be better, I wish some of the items were more homemade and not bought in. The staff all professional and well trained. I noticed how clean the hotel was.

All Inclusive food Snacks wer the same everyday food not good quality unless u you paying costumer. People who paid for food was who where not all inclusive the food looked great. Bein on all inclusive chips always cold, burgers pale and just left to stand. Think all inclusive should get same quality as other customers as have paid a lot of money. Breakfast no English sausage just fried hot dogs, bacon like leather, eggs cold. And out the way no near bars shops and supermarkets unless you get bus.

The Polynesian Hotel was superb in every way

Location.. Your a bit out of it..nowhere to walk to but it was winter and the hotel was excellent

the only good thing was the location. Room was like 2x2 meters. we traveled with kid 5years old and the bed was so small that we cant even sleep there. My husband slept on the ground. The staff dont spoke in English. On the booking was written that they have a private parking, but they dont. Near was the public parking that was for money, 18€/24 hours.

The staff was nice & the hotel was a cool building

I had booked this hotel because of the activities it has for children as I was travelling with my son. first I found out that the waterpark was closed then we weren’t allowed in the playroom. The pools were cold & the playparks were very simple. we managed to find activities in other plages but we because of the location we had to take taxis to get everywhere. in addition I asked for laundryservice. I gave them the clothes on the 23rd & it should take 48h, I got them back on the 28th. 30 min before our Tack to the airport would arrive…
