the location was superb, the staff very friendly, special thanks to Claudia, Lara and Ayelen. The hotel includes access to spa, swimming pool, sport activities, etc.

the head of our shower was a bit cracked so it splashed on the floor on use.

I didn't like for the weak Wifi signal into the room. Also the water of the indoor pool was cold.

The duplex apartment was very comfortable and spacious. It was great to have One full bathroom and one half bathroom for 5 people. The pádel court and the heated pool were great. Breakfast was good (breads, croissant and pastry, fruit salad, yogurt and cereal, orange juice coffee and tea). We also got the option with lunch: that included appetizer, main dish and dessert. The menu had many options to choose from. The food was very good. The view form the apartment was really nice. The Wifi was weak and offered only in common spaces (not in the apartment), however, it was a plus that the Wifi signal reached the apartment almost all the time. :)

staff and facilities excellent! quiet spot to relax. Indoor pool was very warm and clean.

spacious rooms, kitchen area and balcony. the indoor pool was huge and a big hit for my kids in June. there are also 2 playground areas and a mini market to buy food.

horrible sewer smell in kitchen area, which was mentioned by other reviewers as well. beds could have been cleaner. we found several stray hairs on the sheets.

The bed was ok and its size was decent.

It’s not really a hotel so there is no room service or phone in the room. Units are small apartments. I didn’t like the fact that use of the pool and other facilities is limited time wise so if you are only staying for one night ane check in at 8pm you don’t really get a chance to use the pool. Also they make you checkout at 10am and pool access in the am is at 9 or 10am so we weren’t able to use. for over usd $200 a night we expected something better. location is 5kms from villla general belgrano which could be better. view of the sierras was ok. pull out bed was comfortable. options on booking.com for a family of four are limited if you don’t want to have to book and pay for 2 rooms. It is insane that hotels require two parents with two young kids to pay for 2 rooms. This happened to us in Italy as well. total BS. also there was a 1000 peso ($10 usd)discrepancy between the booking.com final price and what we were charged. we were told it was due to currency exchange issues but not cool. we were tired and just wanted to go to sleep so we didn’t feel like arguing over 10 bucks but if the booking.com confirmation says X you should pay X. The price in is dollars matched but the price in pesos didn’t and the staff just shrugged it off and said pay up. The concierge was polite and friendly. the wifi was non existent and the TV reception was horrible. the outdoor terrace was nice and had a nice view. It was a good thing we had food with us because we were not given an option to have dinner there. We forgot to book breakfast and wanted to pay for it there but that was not possible either. we ended up having breakfast a few blocks away. the complex is huge with god knows how many units sprawled out over several acres. they seemd to have a lot of activities but we were not able to take advantage of them.

The wifi did not work. The closet was broken. The window could not be closed properly at temperature of under 0C while the heating system also did not work properly. I filed a claim at the hotel which they could not manage to deal with properly either in 10 days.

The location was wonderful, the surroundings, the people. Florencia eas very helpful.

We were going to stay only one night and the check in was at 3, and the check out next day st 10. The place is very nice! We could have used a few more hours... we stayed another day for that reason, we could do it then, but I suppose many would not.
