Penthouse on the Park was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. It's a great space with a well-appointed kitchen and a terrific outdoor space. Very clean, and spacious enough for a family of five to be comfortable. Well situated right in the middle of downtown and a very short walk to tons of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well equiped. The bedrooms were spotless beds were comfortable. This was a very comfortable spot a block from the park. The kitchen was well-equipped with lots of coffee and creamers- which we really appreciated. I'd definitely stay again if we need 4 bedrooms!

The location is right downtown. Great location. The place is well decorated and clean. It was located above the shops. The only down fall would be if you need to park more than 2 cars. We had 3 and had to use metered parking for part of the time. Other than the parking this place is great. Well kepted up for such an old building. A lot of charm.

Our stay in the downtown Paso Robles penthouse was an absolute delight. The location couldn't have been more ideal, with dozens of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, boutique shops, coffee houses, and bars all within a 1 to 2 block radius. The property is situated right across a beautiful central park, shaded by massive oaks, adding to the charm of the place. The local farmers market on Saturdays is a must-visit, boasting a diverse array of vendors. What's really impressive about this town is how it perfectly balances the small-town America feel with a rich infusion of art and wine culture, without coming off as pretentious. Despite the bustling nightlife outside, the noise within the penthouse was minimal. Convenience was at its best with grocery stores only a 5-minute drive away, and hundreds of world-class wineries in picturesque settings nearby. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and lived up to its description in the listing. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the Keurig machine, generously supplied with coffee pods, was a nice touch. The living room boasted a comfortable couch, perfect for curling up and enjoying a show on the Roku device, made all the better by the fast and reliable wifi. Nice, clean place in a superb location. Fast internet to keep our snarky teenagers content and tons of shops and restaurants steps from the front door. Owner super friendly and made getting in and out a breeze.

Our family cooked two delicious dinners in the well appointed kitchen over the holidays while spending our days hiking, ziplining and wine tasting nearby. Wish we'd have had longer to stay. Lovely apartment. Cute town. Comfy Beds.

You see this in a lot of property listing, "the photos don't do it justice", this is truly the case in the Penthouse. Walking distance to everything in Old Town Paso and with two parking places, no parking fees. The kitchen is equipped for an extended stays and the bedrooms are contemporary and comfortable. All of our questions were answered quickly, couldn't ask for more.

4 bedrooms, plenty of space, exposed brick walls, huge kitchen, parking, right in the heart of downtown Paso, walkable to everything - what else can I say? Was a perfect launch/crash pad after a day of wine tasting as some in our party wanted to go out on the town and others wanted to stay back and relax; this place perfectly accommodated everyone. Will definitely stay there again next Paso trip. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and The best location in town.

We had a wonderful girls weekend trip to Paso for wine tasting! This place is absolutely amazing, comfortable, convenient and clean. We always looked forward to going back in the evenings after a day of wine tasting. We parked our cars in the 2 dedicated parking spaces and didn't have to touch them till we left. Used UberWineXL to chauffeur us to all the different wineries one one day and we spent another day in downtown wine tasting. Coffee shops, bakeries, shops, tasting rooms - all within a short walking distance to the penthouse. AND, downstairs from the Penthouse is Pasolivo - a wonderful olive oil boutique. My friend and I joined the club! We'll definitely be back!

I stay here every summer and love it every time. It is always immaculately clean when we arrive. The beds are very comfortable and the home is well appointed. On the last night of our visit we like to have a bbq on the back patio and enjoy the Paso nights. It’s a great place for a small group to take advantage of all that Paso has to offer. (Pro Tip: The olive oil from Pasolivo is delicious! - get some)

This penthouse is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located in downtown. Amazing food and wine are downstairs and across the street. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. I highly recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed our stay in Paso Robles at the Penthouse on the Park. A couple things that will make this property even better: 1. Water heater: If you've got 4 couples, the last few people may not get a hot shower. Higher capacity water heater would help here. 2. Plates / bowls. We couldn't find any plates and bowls. Maybe we weren't looking in the right place, but seems like that should have been easier to find. Still gave it 5 stars as you really can't beat the location if you want to do shopping, eat downtown, and not worry about driving/parking, etc.

The home itself is unique and amazing. The location in town is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. And the cleanliness was what you expect for an upper level property. We were completely happy with all aspects.

Four couples stayed over a weekend. The location could not be beat! The apartment has every amenity you could want. Michelle was super responsive and proactive, having everything ready and easy to get ahold of if we had a question. I will definitely book again when visiting Paso with friends!
