The hotel is fine, clean, very well located. The bed was big and comfortable.

The breakfast was really not good - very small choice of food (not very tasty), not even scrambled eggs. The stuff was not very pleasant. An old lady (an alleged owner of the place) was not hospitable. I felt as it she was inspecting us at breakfast and trying to make us eat these untasty stuff. The level of English very, very poor. I could not even ask for an invoice. The old lady (alleged owner) heard me and my friend chatting in French and then only when she really couldn't understand what I was saying in English (she was talking to me in Italian - sic!), then she asked if I spoke French. Then eventually we agreed in French that I would send her all the data for the invoice to be issued. I did that, call the hotel several times, prompted them with emails but they didn't give a damn. I did not receive any reply whatsoever. That is so DISRESPECTFUL towards the guests! I will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

Very nice situated in the center. And a tasteful decorated room which is according to modern standards.

The shower was nice with goed water pressure, but it is not well made. The water gets on the wall which is not fitted with tiles. Therefore the paint on the wall is comming of. This needs to be attended to. But this was no problem for us. We still enjoyed our stay.

Super B&B. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, room was comfortable with interesting decor and the location is fab - overlooks a main square right next to the theatre. There's a multi-storey car park nearby for convenience.

Washing machine above my room made noise all night. In the morning there was a lot of banging outside from the staff. Desk didn't acknowledge my complaint when asked.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate all request. The welcome was exceptional. A wonderful and truly pleasant surprise.

We had a room overlooking the square. The hotel has the nice traditional old charm which we enjoyed. Breakfast was great and the service given by the (older) lady serving breakfast even better. We would return. Good price / value ratio and on walking distance from sights, pubs and restaurants. Car parking can be on the square (if you're lucky). Our restaurant suggestion is Matra.

A chair on the balcony would have been nice. And we suggest that the management cleans the alley next to the entrance (regularly) which is too dirty.

We were a group of 8, taking 4 rooms for one night. Room and breakfast were fine. Soundproofing in the room however was non-existent and our night was totally disturbed by a very loud concert or festival that went on till past 3am.

See above re lack of soundproofing. The B&B is situated just off a very busy piazza, there was nowhere to park to unload our vehicle and the suggested parking area was also over full. We were obliged to park a long way away. Entrance to the hotel was up a steep flight of stairs in an alleyway and difficult to negotiate with baggage.

Although a very short stay, the staff were very friendly, helpful, approachable. The breakfast options were amazing, All the sweets etc were made on site by the staff. Room was clean, spacious.

As with majority of these types of hotels, carrying the luggage up the stairs etc, especially when travelling for a few months, can be a little difficult but manageable.

The bed mattress was too soft and a bit noisy.

the location is very good even though there is no parking lot. everything is super clean and the rooms have a good size. breakfast is also good and varied. the two owners are very nice and available.

the cleaning lady is extremely rude. on our check out day, we had to leave the room at 11:00 am and at 10:52 the cleaning lady called Eugenia was already banging on the door saying that we needed to leave the room. super unpleasant and unnecessary. also; breakfast goes only until 9:30 which is just too early if you are on holidays.

The hotel was pretty nice. We have been welcomed with snacks and drinks. The room was comfortable. Very nice lady who was serving the breakfast.

The hotel information regarding parking spots is misleading. They do not have designated parking spots for their customers. We have parked at the plaza next to it - and took a photo of where exactly we have parked to double-check (as we were unsure if we parked correctly) with the host. We have been told it is ok to stay there until 8:30 the next morning but then we have to move to park around 3 min down from there. We ended up with a parking ticket and when we messaged the host for assistance on how we can sort this out we have been treated in a very passive-aggressive way (like how we haven't seen the yellow lines and how it was suggested to us to repark the car...). The ticket was not high and we managed to find a lovely lady in tourist information that helped us with where and how to pay. It is a shame as if it wasn't for how the host responded to our request for help the stay would have be much better.

The room was great for three people. Our hostess was fantastic. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of sweets and salty!! We enjoyed our stay.
