This was our 3rd visit to this excellent villa. Villa has everything you need, lovely heated pool within a superb outdoor area. Great location. Will definitely return for a 4th stay.

The pool hot tub and outdoor space was excellent. We loved the size of the property and all the facilities needed were provided. We liked the number of showers and toilets. For us the location was perfect
Only some minor points like showers could do with freshening up and looked dated. Although solved the main gate was an issue on a number of occasions and our hire car was locked in. It was solved the following day but caused some disruption to our plans. Suggest a more robust mechanism for this as gate was very rusty

The outdoor area is superb.

The outdoor area is perfect, and it is undersold in the pictures and the description. There is an outdoor fully fitted bathroom, along with an outdoor pool shower, and a conservatory with dining table, fridge and microwave. This means nobody has to go inside wet which was fantastic.
A manual would have been handy regarding pool, appliances and arrangements for disposal of waste.

bedroom downstairs was a problem as my little boy was down stairs and we where upstairs in the other bedroom

Amazing villa. Best we've stayed in. A real home from home with everything you need. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to return.

outside area spacious, villa was vey clean but disappointed we had to contact host for towel and bedding change after 6 days.
hot tub didn’t work after day 5, we stayed 11 days. not fixed when we left. We had one towel each for 7 days until we contacted and asked for a change of towels and bedding. The villa next door was occupied by a group who were constantly smoking cannabis, the wind direction meant we couldn’t use the outside dining space at all as very unpleasant and they were blasting out music as was the resident opposite! Also noticed no air con , wasn’t a problem for us in November even though the bedrooms were warm, but would imagine in the hotter months wouldn’t be very comfortable. The owner to be fair did always respond the following day when we contacted and isn’t responsible for who lives next door and across the way, pool guy and cleaner were lovely.
