Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from every morning

Brand new beautiful apartment and great location. Nice porch in front. Back porch nice too but no view. I had garden view in front. Apartment is super well stocked with everything. The fantastic host met me at the port and had a welcome spread of food in the apartment. Additional hot breakfast selections are offered in the morning. It felt generous and homey.

Wifi was not stable for me but great cell reception so I was fine.

Fostieris could not have been more helpful. Offered to drive us up to accommodation from the port before we even had a chance to ask. Beautiful apartment with separate bedroom, bathroom and living/kitchen area. Gorgeous terrace, with table, chairs and lounging couch. Everything you need is there - even make-up wipes. Lovely breakfast selection and lots of little extras. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Very very sorry that we could only stay for one night.

Super friendly staff, pet friendly, spotless, full amenities.

The flat was just perfect, clean and cozy, with an amazing terrace to enjoy breakfast with the first sun of the day. Well equipped for a quick lunch/dinner at home. A lot of stuff already available for breakfast: yogurt, milk, bread, ham, cheese, honey, jams, teas, coffee (nespresso). Hot breakfast in the morning happens in a super cute way: you go downstairs to the kitchen and have a basket with eggs and hot pastries. Quiet and peaceful excluding some moments when children were playing at school on the other side of the road, but they were just children having fun :D The best towels and dressing gowns I've ever found in my whole life... I can still smell the perfume! A few steps from a supermarket and the lovely center with shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walking from the beach at the port.

I'm not a big fan of this kind of breakfast, so not a real problem for me, but maybe hot food could use some improvement, e.g. fresh croissants from the next-door bakery. Just a hint :)

fabulous location, beautiful breakfast, perfect host!

The location is great! Just outside town, close to all the beaches you'd want to visit. Panagiotis the host is a very nice guy. The fridge was restocked everyday and the complimentary bottles of wine and liquor were something that I absolutely loved. I had a great time, when I'll be back in Koufonisia I will definitely come back.

The atención was excelent and the place are beatufull.

Service was exceptional and staff was very helpful. They provided food/snacks and water every day and also offered breakfast.

The owner and all staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem for them. The accommodation is ideally located, comfortable quiet and spotlessly clean. We stayed 12 nights. Nespresso machine in room with coffee supplied was a bonus. Breakfast also available if required.

Excellent stay. Panagiotis and the team took amazing care of us during our stay. The apartment was comfortable, sparkling clean, and always restocked with delicious food and drinks.

I stayed on Koufinisia for 6 nights with my husband. We were picked up by car at the Ferry on arrival and at departure. I thought this was very sweet as you are not allowed to rent a car on the island. The hotel was very comfortable and had everything you need and more for a nice holiday on Koufinisia! Thank you for everything!

Nothing I did not like. It was known to me at the time of booking itself that it is a small apartment and it was ok in the context of koufonisia,

This was the perfect place to stay! Panos was a lovely host and I had an amazing time. Room was super clean with all of the amenities you could need.

The cleaning lady does a very good job and the owner is helpful picking us up from the port and transferring our luggage upon departure. The plants in the small garden were beautiful. The veranda was spacious, if only it was peaceful too… The breakfast and the daily refill with several products (which are not expensive in Greece though) is a nice gesture but it cannot compensate for all the downsides…

We booked an apartment with sea view, but the sea was barely visible in the background among other buildings & trees. Central but noisy location with a school yard full of children who were screaming right across the street! On the paved road right in front of Arpistis there were often motorbikes and small trucks making noise… The layout of the apartment was uncomfortable, with one of the two bedrooms without any window! In the other bedroom the width of the bed was only 140cm and it was stuck against the corner, not convenient for 2 persons. There was no TV in the living room. The TV in the bedroom didn’t show clearly any channels. In the small oven, only one of the 2 resistors was functioning. The toaster was damaged. The bathroom door was difficult to open & close and constantly scratching against the floor. The WC flush valve was damaged and water was running day and night! Terrible waste of water on such an arid island! Considering all the above, 120 € per night for 2 persons in the low season (May 2022) was overpriced.
